简介:双相不锈钢1Cr18Ni11Si4AlTi由前苏联研制,目前在我国某些特殊行业中有重要的作用。根据我国现有标准GJB2294—95和GB/T1220—92组织生产,发现按标准中现行成分设计、热处理制度生产的产品与标准要求的力学性能(屈服强度σ0.2)需达到的规定值存在较大差异,很难达到所需要的屈服强度。通过完善相关成分和工艺参数,获得了满意的金相组织和优良的综合力学性能。通过试验探讨了生产实际与标准中的部分规定存在的差距。
简介:SomenewNi-saving25Crduplexstainlesssteels(DSS)havebeendeveloped.Theresultsindicatethatthealloyhasabalancedferrite-austeniterelationafterhotforgeandsolidsolutiontreatmentat1000℃.TheelementsWandCuhaveamarkedeffectonthemicrostructureofthealloy.ThepittingpotentialofthesteeladdingWandCuelementsreachesthemaximumvalueof435mV.Thetensilestrengthandpercentageofareareductionofallsteelsinthispaperare800-900MPaand60%-70%,respectively.Thetensileelongationsofthealloysareallabove30%.Theexperimentalsteelshavegoodcorrosionandmechanicalproperty.
简介:Themechanicalproperties,creepdamage,creeprupturestrengthandfeaturesofinterfacialfailuresofweldedjointsbetweenmartensite(SA213T91)andpearlitesteel(12Cr1MoV)havebeeninvestigatedbymeansofargontungstenpulsedarcwelding,hightemperatureacceleratedsimulation,creeprupture,mechanicalpropertytestsandscanningelectronicmicroscope(SEM).Theresearchresultsindicatethatthemechanicalpropertiesofovermatchedandmediummatchedjointdeteriorateobviously,andtheyaresusceptibletocreepdamageandfailureafteracceleratedsimulationoperation500h,intheconditionofpreheat250℃,andpostweldingheattreatment750℃×1h.However,themechanicalpropertiesofundermatchedjointarethebest,theinterfacialfailuretendencyofundermatchedweldedjointislessthanthoseofmediumandovermatchedweldedjoint.Therefore,itisreasonablethatlowalloymaterialTR31isusedasthefillermetalofweldbetweenSA213T91and12Cr1MoVsteel.

简介:进行了G20CrNi2MoA钢代替G20Cr2Ni4A钢制造轴承滚子的热处理试验。试验表明,用G20CrNi2MoA钢代替G20Cr2Ni4A钢制造轴承滚子,渗碳过程易于控制,淬火时可根据滚子尺寸不同,选择合适的淬火冷却介质,能完全保证G20CrNi2MoA钢制造的轴承滚子的淬火质量,在满足技术要求的同时,即节约了材料费用,又减少了热处理加工费用,具有推广价值。

简介:Thedevelopmentofthehydrogenelectrodeisvitalfortheapplicationofalkalinepolymerelectrolytefuelcells(APEFCs).Inthisstudy,aseriesofNi(OH)2decoratedNi/Ccatalysts(Ni(OH)2-Ni/C)werepreparedbyathree-stepelectrochemicaltreatmentofNi/C.TheexistenceofNi(OH)2wasdemonstratedbyX-rayphotoelectronspectroscopy(XPS),andthesurfacemolarratioofNi(OH)2/Niofthesampleswasestimatedviaanelectrochemicalmethod.TheHORcatalyticactivityofthecatalystswasevaluatedbyarotationdiskelectrode(RDE)method,anda'volcanoplot'wasestablishedbetweentheHORexchangecurrent(j0)andthesurfacemolarratioofNi(OH)2/Ni.Ontopofthe'volcano',thesurfacemolarratioofNi(OH)2/Niis1.1:1,thej0ofwhichwas6.8timesofthatofNi/C.ThestabilityofthesamplestowardHORwasevaluatedtobegood.OurstudyaddedasystematicexperimentalevidencetotheHORresearch,showingthattheHORcatalyticactivityofNicanbedeliberatelycontrolledviadecorationofNi(OH)2,whichmayhelpunderstandingtheHORmechanismonNi.
简介:摘要:上海某热电项目,再热器进口母管连通管由于制造厂家管口偏移,只能现场换管接头,材质为12Cr1MoV。最终制定的焊接及热处理工艺如下:坡口形式:单V形50~60°;焊接方法:手工氩弧焊GTAW打底,手工电弧焊SMAW填充盖面;焊接材料:GTAW:焊丝TIG-R31,直径2.5mm;SMAW:焊条R317,直径3.2mm;焊接参数:GTAW:焊接电流110-120A,弧焊电压14-15V,SMAW:焊接电流100-120A,弧焊电压23-25V;焊前预热:GTAW:150℃;SMAW:200℃,焊后热处理:保温温度:740℃,保温时间1h,升降温速度小于等于150℃/h;焊接完成后经UT和MT检查合格,热处理后经硬度和MT检查合格。
简介:使用扫描电镜观察和分析了滚压不锈钢钢管的成型模具的表面磨损特性和形貌,分析了粘着磨损的形成机理,研究并制备了电刷镀Ni—w(D).MoS2复合镀层修复了已磨损的模具.结果表明,镀层明显改善了模具表面的抗粘着磨损性能,使模具的使用寿命明显提高,并取得了良好的经济效益.
