简介:某型号火药起动器壳体采用新材料1Cr11Ni2W2MoV,需要进行焊接工艺研究。针对此产品进行了自动TIG焊工艺试验,对比了S-659和HGH367两种焊丝以及不同焊接电流、焊接速度配合所焊焊缝的组织及性能。结果表明,采用S-659焊丝以及大电流高速焊的"大规范"的焊接参数所焊焊缝,成形、组织及性能均更优,焊缝质量满足QJ1842-95Ⅰ级要求。在此基础上进行了产品模拟件及正式产品的焊接,所焊产品经X光检查合格,液压、气密试验考核合格,满足使用要求。

简介:激光冲击强化是一种新型表面处理技术,利用高功率激光束冲击金属零件表面,在零件表面形成较大的残余压应力,可有效改善零件的疲劳性能。以发动机1Cr11Ni2W2MoV叶片为研究对象,对其进行了激光冲击强化处理,研究强化处理对材料的微观组织和疲劳性能的影响。研究结果表明:相比未处理试样,激光冲击强化在1Cr11Ni2W2MoV叶片材料表层形成较大的残余压应力,表层晶粒更为细化,叶片的疲劳寿命提高1.7倍。
简介:Basedonloadseparationtheory,theloadseparationparameterSpbmethodisaneffectiveapproachforestimatingtheJ-resistancecurvefromrecordsofloadversusdisplacementdirectly,usingonesharpcrackedspecimenandanadditionalreferencebluntcrackedspecimen.However,theeffectofthereferencebluntcrackedspecimenonJ-resistancedeterminationwasnotexplicitlyconsideredinpastwork.Inthispaper,amodifiedloadseparationparameterSpbmethodwasdevelopedtoeliminatethiseffect,andthenauniqueestimationofinstantaneouscracklengthforonesharpcrackedspecimencouldbeobtained.Furthermore,aforcedbluntingcalibrationmethodwasalsoadoptedtodeterminetheinstantaneouscracklengthintheloadinseparableregion,referringtoanormalizationmethod.ExperimentsonsteamturbinerotatorsteelCr2Ni2MoVwerecarriedouttoestimateJ-resistancecurvesusinganunloadingcompliancemethod.Byremovingunloadandreloaddatafromload-displacementrecords,theJ-resistancecurveforthesamesharpcrackedspecimenwasestimatedusingthemodifiedseparationparameterSpbmethod.TheresultsindicatethatthemodifiedSpbmethodcompletelyeliminatestheeffectofthereferencebluntcrackedspecimenontheinstantaneouscracklengthdeterminationofthesharpcrackedspecimen.However,differentJ-resistancecurvesinasmallrangeofcrackextensionarepresentwhendifferentbluntingcoefficientsareusedinthebluntinglineequation.TheJ-resistancecurveobtainedfromthemodifiedSpbmethodagreeswellwiththatobtainedfromthecompliancemethod.

简介:Threetypesofroughsurfacewereprocessedbylaserirradiationonthe3Cr2W8Vmaterialhot-workdiesteelsurface.Thewearexperimentswithsmoothsurfaceandroughsurfacesampleswererepeatedonthepin-traywearmachine.Accordingtothewearresults,westudiedtheregularityofwearresistanceofdifferentroughsurfacesamples.Theresultsindicatedthatbionicroughsurfacecanimprovethewearresistanceofthematerialandthewearresistancecanbeincreased1-2times,comparedwiththesmoothsurface.Also,thewearresistanceoftheroughsurfacewasaffectedbylasercurrentanddurationofimpulse.Thebiggerthelasercurrentortheimpulseduration,thebetteristhewearresistance.Whenthedistancebetweenthesamekindofunitswhicharedistributedonthesurfacesischanged,thewearresistancechanges.Thewearresistanceofabionicroughsurfaceonwhichthegridunitsweredistributedatspacingof1mmwasthebest.Andwedesignedthewearmodels.

简介:通过金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和动态热机械分析仪(DMAQ800)等分析手段研究粉末冶金法制备的Ti-47Al-2Cr-2Nb-0.2W(原子分数,%)合金微观组织对其阻尼性能的影响。研究结果表明:Ti-47Al-2Cr-2Nb-0.2W合金初始组织为近γ组织,其阻尼性能最差,在振幅为100μm时,损耗因子仅为0.007;在1330℃下保温15min空冷可获得细小全层片组织,层片晶团的平均尺寸约为200μm,其损耗因子在振幅为100μm时达到0.012。随温度升高或保温时间延长,层片尺寸和晶团尺寸明显增大,合金阻尼性能下降,保温120min时层片晶团的平均尺寸约为510μm,其损耗因子在振幅为100μm时为0.009。细小全层片的阻尼性能最好,而双态组织的阻尼性能介于近γ组织和细小全层片组织之间。
简介:Theaimofthisresearchistopulseco-depositnano-CeO2particlesintoNi-W-Balloycoatingsinordertoimprovethesurfaceproperties.Theinfluenceofpulsefrequencyanddutycircleondepositionrate,microhardnessandmicrostructures,andtheinfluenceofheattreatmenttemperatureonphasestructures,microhardnessandabrasivityofNi-W-B-CeO2compositecoatingswereinvestigated.Theresultsindicatedthatthepulseco-depositionofnickel,tungsten,boronandnano-CeO2particlefromthebathwhichnano-CeO2particlewassuspendedbyhighspeedmechanicalstirringledtotheNi-W-B-CeO2compositecoatings,possessingbettermicrohardnessandabrasionresistancewhenheat-treatedat400℃for1h.Themicrohardnessas-depositedwith636Hzandthedepositionratewith0.0281mm·h-1wasthehighestatpulsefrequencywith1000Hzandpulsedutycirclewith10%.Microstructuresanalysisdisplaysthatdecreasingpulsedutycycleleadstorefinementingrainstructuresandtheimprovementofmicrostructures.X-raydiffractionshowsthatthecompositecoatingas-depositedwasmainlyintheamorphousstateandpartiallycrystallized,butwhenheattreatedat400℃,thecrystallizationtrendwasstrengthenedfurther.
简介:Inthiswork,syngasmethanationoverNi-W/TiO2-SiO2catalystwasstudiedinafluidized-bedreactor(FBR)anditsperformancewascomparedwithafixed-bedreactor(FIXBR).Theeffectsofmainoperatingvariablesincludingfeedstockgasesspacevelocity,cokecontent,bedtemperatureandsulfur-tolerantstabilityof100hlifewereinvestigated.ThestructureofthecatalystswascharacterizedbyXRD,N2adsorptiondesorptionandTEM.Itisfoundthatundersamespacevelocityfrom5000h1to25000h1FBRgaveahigherCH4yield,lowercokecontent,andlowerbedtemperaturethanthoseobtainedinFIXBR.Ni-W/TiO2-SiO2catalystpossessedexcellentsulfur-tolerantstabilityonthefeedstockgaseslessthan500ppmH2SinFBR.ThecarbondepositsformedonthespentcatalystwereintheformofcarbonfibersinFBR,whileintheformofdenseaccumulationdistributionappearanceinFIXBR.
