  • 简介:The2016revisionofthe“ChineseGuidelinesonPreventionandTreatmentofDyslipidemiainAdults”istheoutcomeofthejointeffortsofthemembersofanexpertpanelformorethan1year,andisbasedonthe2007guidelines.Thereisnodoubtthatthereleaseofthe2007guidelinesgreatlyfacilitatedthemanagementofdyslipidemiaandthepreventionandtreatmentofatheroscleroticcardiovasculardiseases(ASCVDs)inChina.However,anupdateoftheguidelinesforthemanagementofdyslipidemiainChineseadultsisurgentlyneededsincehugechangeshaveoccurredintheconceptsofdyslipidemiaresearchandcontrolduringthelastdecade.

  • 简介:Opticalmicrocavitieshaveattractedtremendousinterestinbothfundamentalandappliedresearchinthepastfewdecades,thankstotheirsmallfootprint,easyintegrability,andhighqualityfactors.Usingtotalinternalreflectionfromadielectricinterfaceoraphotonicbandgapinaperiodicsystem,thesephotonicstructuresdonotrelyonconventionalmetal-coatedmirrorstoconfinelightinsmallvolumes,whichhavebroughtforthnewdevelopmentsinbothclassicalandquantumoptics.Thisfocusissueshowcasesseveralsuchdevelopmentsandrelatedfindings,whichmaypavethewayforthenextgenerationofon-chipphotonicdevicesbasedonmicrocavities.

  • 简介:ThisworkpresentsabriefintroductiononthreekindsofnewlydevelopedNd3+-dopedlaserglassesinShanghaiInstituteofOpticsandFineMechanics(SIOM),China.TwoNd3+-dopedphosphateglasseswithlowerthermalexpansioncoefficientandthermalshockresistance4timeshigherthanthatofN31glassaredevelopedforlaserprocessing.Nd:SilicateandNd:Aluminateglasseswithpeakemissionwavelengthat1061and1065nm,effectiveemissionbandwidthof34and50nm,respectively,aredevelopedforExawatt-classlasersystemapplication.Fluorophosphateglasseswithlownonlinearrefractiveindex(n2=0.6-0.86)andlongfluorescencelifetime(430-510μs)areinvestigatedforthepurposeofdecreasingBintegralinhigh-powerlasersystem.Thepropertiesofalltheseglassesarepresentedandcomparedwiththoseofcommercialneodymiumlaserglasses.
