简介：摘要目的构建维持性血液透析分级护理标准和分级护理内容。方法通过文献回顾和访谈法构建维持性血液透析分级护理标准和分级护理内容条目池，研究小组在"Kaiser Triangle"慢性疾病分层管理模型理论指导下制订专家咨询表。于2021年10—12月邀请来自全国血液透析相关专业的22名专家进行了2轮德尔菲专家咨询，构建了维持性血液透析Triangle分级护理标准及内容。结果2轮咨询专家问卷回复率均为100.00%，专家权威系数为0.93。第1轮专家对条目的修改率为58.54%（24/41），删除条目3条，增加1条，合并3条，修改17处；第2轮专家对条目的修改率为5.56%（2/36），适合性均分为4.32~5.00分，变异系数为0~0.17，满分率为40.90%~100.00%。第2轮咨询后确定了维持性血液透析Triangle分级护理标准20条，分级护理内容16条。结论本研究构建的维持性血液透析Triangle分级护理标准和分级护理内容具有良好的科学性和可行性，为今后对维持性血液透析患者进行分级管理奠定了基础。
