简介:Thereisincreasingobservationalevidenceindicatingthatcrystallineinterfacialwaterlayersplayacentralroleinevolutionandbiology.Forinstanceincellularrecognitionprocesses,inparticularduringfirstcontactevents,wherecellsdecideuponsurvivalorenteringapoptosis.Understandingwaterlayersisthuscrucialinbiomedicalengineering,specificallyinthedesignofbiomaterialsinspiredbybiomimeticprinciples.Whereasthereisampleexperimentalevidenceforcrystallineinterfacialwaterlayersonsurfacesinair,theirsubaquaticpresencecouldnotbeverifieddirectly,sofar.Analysingapolaritydependentasym-metryinthesurfaceconductivityonhydrogenatednanocrystallinediamond,weshowthatcrystallineinterfacialwaterlayerspersistsubaquatically.Nanoscopicinterfacialwaterlayerswithanorderdifferentfromthatofbulkwaterhavebeenidentifiedatroomtemperatureonbothhydrophilicandhydrophobicmodelsurfaces-inairandsubaquatically.Theirgeneralizationandsystematicinclusionintothecatalogueofphysicalandchemicaldeterminantsofbiocompatibilitycompletethebiomimetictriangle.

简介:摘要目的构建维持性血液透析分级护理标准和分级护理内容。方法通过文献回顾和访谈法构建维持性血液透析分级护理标准和分级护理内容条目池,研究小组在"Kaiser Triangle"慢性疾病分层管理模型理论指导下制订专家咨询表。于2021年10—12月邀请来自全国血液透析相关专业的22名专家进行了2轮德尔菲专家咨询,构建了维持性血液透析Triangle分级护理标准及内容。结果2轮咨询专家问卷回复率均为100.00%,专家权威系数为0.93。第1轮专家对条目的修改率为58.54%(24/41),删除条目3条,增加1条,合并3条,修改17处;第2轮专家对条目的修改率为5.56%(2/36),适合性均分为4.32~5.00分,变异系数为0~0.17,满分率为40.90%~100.00%。第2轮咨询后确定了维持性血液透析Triangle分级护理标准20条,分级护理内容16条。结论本研究构建的维持性血液透析Triangle分级护理标准和分级护理内容具有良好的科学性和可行性,为今后对维持性血液透析患者进行分级管理奠定了基础。

简介:摘要:目的:研究Triangle分层护理管理联合正念减压在老年高血压患者当中运用,对患者血压水平和并发症的影响。方法:选取我院2021年7月-2023年7月收治的100例老年高血压患者,随机分成两组,每组各50例,观察组接受Triangle分层护理联合正念减压,对照组接受常规护理,对两组护理前后的血压水平进行比较。结果:护理后,观察组患者的舒张压和收缩压均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Triangle分层护理管理联合正念减压可以更好的提升患者的护理干预质量,对于提升患者的生活质量,降低并发症发生风险,具有积极作用。

简介:摘要:目的 分析Triangle分层护理管理与正念减压对老年高血压患者血压、自我管理的影响.方法 选择2021年3月至2023年3月住院的96例老年高血压患者作为本文研究对象,随机将96例患者分为两组,每组48人。对照组患者接受正念减压干预,观察组患者在此基础辅助Triangle分层护理管理,对比两组患者接受护理后的血压水平和自我管理能力.结果 观察组患者血压水平低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者自我管理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 对老年高血压患者实施Triangle分层护理管理联合正念减压效果更佳,可以更好地稳定患者的血压水平,提高患者的自我管理能力,值得应用到临床中。
