  • 简介:OneofthemostsignificantrecentdevelopmentsinmusicologyhasbeenthetranscriptionandinterpretationofcertainmusicalcuneiformtextsdatingfromthesecondmillenniumBC.IthasbeenestablishedthatOldBabylonianmusicwasdiatonicandprobablybasedonsevenheptachords,correspondingtothefirstseventonesoftheancientGreekoctavespecies.However,thereremainsaproblem:thereissomeambiguityinthetextsaboutwhetherthescalesshouldberisingorfalling,andtheirnomenclaturechangingaccordingtowhichdirectionischosen.Thisarticlesuggestsapossibleresolutionofthedifficulty.OntheassumptionthatOldBabyloniantheoreticiansmighthavequantifiedtheirscales,thearticlearithmetizesthetuningproceduresofthetwomaincuneiformtuningtextstogether,asasingleprocess,andtherebyalsodemonstratestheplausibilityofthehypothesisthattheidealizedmodelforBabyloniantuningwouldbelikelytohavebeenJusttuningratherthanPythagoreantuning,ashasbeengenerallyassumed.

  • 简介:Alongwiththeeconomicdevelopmentandtheaccelerationofurbanization,urbanconstructionlandexpandsrapidlyinChina,andhasresultedinaseriesofsocio-economicproblems.Thisarticlesummarizedthemajorpointsofcontrollingtheuncheckedandrashexpansionofconstructionlandintheacademiccircle,andanalyzedtheproblemsofregulatingtheexpansionofconstructionlandfromthreeaspects.First,thisarticleanalyzedtherelationshipsbetweensocio-economicdevelopmentandurbanizationfromthehistoricalviewpoints,andpointedoutthattheexpansionofconstructionlandisahistoricalphenomenonwhichwillbesurelyappearedinthedevelopmentofhumanrace.Second,theauthorsutilizedtwo-sectormodeltoanalyzetheimportanceofurbanizationinthesocio-economicdevelopmentfromtheacademicangles.Atlast,theauthorsutilizefour-quadrantmodelandbidrentcurvemodeltoanalyzetheinfluencethatbroughtbythestrictcontrolofconstructionlandexpansion.Throughanalysis,thisarticledrewsomeconclusions.First,theexpansionofconstructionlandisaphenomenonwhichwillsurelyappearinthesocialdevelopment.Itisimpossibletoaccomplishthenationalmodernizationonthebasisofdualisticstructurebetweenurbanandruralareas.Second,underthefunctionofrentgradientgap,strictcontrolofconstructionlandexpansionwillnotonlyobtaintheanticipatedeffects,butalsocauseaseriesofsocio-economicproblems,suchasland-levyingcontradiction,theappearanceoflimitedpropertyrighthouse,andbeingdependantonleaseinsteadofexpropriation.Third,unreasonablepoliciesandgovernmentalbehaviorsaretherootsoftheuncheckedandrashexpansionofurbanconstructionland.Basedontheseconclusions,thisarticleproposedthatthreetransformationsshouldberealizedtoregulatetheuncheckedandrashexpansionofconstructionland:transfersfromquantityregulationtoqualityregulation,fromdirectregulationtoindirectregulation,andfromsingle-measureregulationtomulti-measuresr

  • 简介:WedescribedtheconstructionofBACcontigsofthegenomeofaindicavarietyofOryzasativa.GuangLuAi4.Anentirerepresentative(Sixfoldcoverageofricechromosomes)andgeneticallystableBAClibraryofricegenomeconstructedinthislabhasbeensystematicallyanalysedbyrestrictionenzymefragmentationandpolyacrylamidegelelectrophoresis.Andalltheimagesthusobtainedweresubjecttoimage-processing,whichconsistedofpreliminarylocationofbands,cooperativetrackingoflanesbycorrelationofadjacentbads.aprecisedensitometricpass,alignmentatthemarkerbandswiththestandard,optionalinteractiveediting,andnormalizationoftheacceptedbands.ThecontigsweregeneratedbasedontheComputerSoftwarespeciallydesignedforgenomemapping.Thenumberofcontigswith600kbinlengthonaveragewas464.ofcontigswith1000kbinlengthonaveragewas107;ofcontigswith1500kbinlengthonaveragewasConstructionofOryzaSativagenomecontigs.23.Therefor,allthecontigswehaveobtainedampuntedupto420megabasesinlength.Consideringthesizeofricegenome(430megabased),thecontigsgeneratedinthislabhavecoverednearly98%ofthericegenome.Wearenowintheprocessofmappingthecontigstochromosomes.
