简介：目的：比较初发隐球菌性脑膜炎患者治疗前后与健康对照人群外周血CD4＋T细胞中Th9和Th17细胞的比值，探讨Th9和Th17细胞在隐球菌性脑膜炎发病机制中的作用。方法选取初发未经治疗隐球菌性脑膜炎患者及健康对照各12例，抽取隐球菌性脑膜炎患者治疗前和治疗后3周及健康对照的外周血，分离外周血单核细胞，应用流式细胞仪检测技术对3组病例外周血CD4＋T细胞中Th9和Th17的比值进行比较。结果与健康对照相比，隐球菌性脑膜炎患者治疗前Th17表达下调，差异有统计学意义；在治疗好转患者中，治疗后Th17表达显著上调，与治疗前及健康对照相比差异均有统计学意义。Th9在治疗前与健康对照相比无差异，在治疗后隐球菌性脑膜炎患者中表达上调。结论Th17免疫途径是隐球菌性脑膜炎患者抵御隐球菌感染的重要免疫机制，隐球菌性脑膜炎发病及治疗拮抗可能与Th17缺乏有关。

简介：目的观察舒利迭对轻中度支气管哮喘Th1／Th2平衡及肺功能的影响。方法选取2011年1月—2013年1月在本院住院的轻、中度支气管哮喘患者116例随机分为试验组（58例）和对照组（58例），试验组采用舒利迭药物治疗，对照组采用沙丁胺醇治疗，观察两组患者治疗前与治疗后1、2个月外周血白细胞介素-4（1L-4）与干扰素-γ（IFN-γ）的水平，及肺功能第1秒用力呼气量（FEV1）和呼气峰流速（PEF）。结果与治疗前比较，两组治疗后1个月及2个月的IL-4明显降低，IFN-γ明显升高，肺功能明显改善，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。与对照组相比，同一时间段试验组的IL-4下降更明显，IFN—γ升高更明显，PEF明显升高，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），而FEV1稍为升高，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论舒利迭能调节轻中度支气管哮喘患者Th1／Th2平衡，改善肺功能，可有效地治疗轻中度支气管哮喘患者，值得临床推广。

简介：通过游泳训练诱发大鼠Th1/Th2失衡，观察和分析JAK2/STAT4通路及其上游因子在该失衡发展过程中的变化规律，探讨大运动量训练导致Th1/Th2失衡的分子机制。将清洁级16周龄雄性SD大鼠随机分为安静对照组（C组）、游泳训练组（T组），每组根据取材时间不同又随机分为24h组与7d组。训练采用4周递增负荷游泳训练方法。WesternBlotting法测定心脏血淋巴细胞pJAK2、pSTAT4、JAK2、STAT4的蛋白表达，ELISA法检测心脏血血浆IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-12值。结果发现：（1）T组大鼠血浆IFN-γ、IFN-γ/IL-4与IL-12（P〈0.01）水平均显著低于C组（P〈0.01）、（P〈0.05）。C组与T组大鼠血浆IL-12与IFN-γ的质量浓度显著相关（P〈0.01）。（2）T组大鼠血淋巴细胞pJAK2、pSTAT4蛋白表达均显著低于C组（P〈0.05）、（P〈0.01）。结果说明4周递增负荷训练可能通过减少IL-12的分泌，抑制JAK2/STAT4信号通路中关键因子JAK2、STAT4的磷酸化过程，降低Th1类细胞因子IFN-γ的合成，诱发Th1/Th2失衡。

简介：辅助性T细胞17（T-helper17cell，Th17）具有促进炎症反应，加重牙槽骨破坏等作用，其主要分泌的促炎细胞因子为白细胞介素（interleukin，IL）-17。调节性T细胞（regulatoryTcell，Treg）则可以分泌IL-10和转化生长因子β（transforminggrowthfactorβ，TGF-β），抑制炎症反应，并能通过细胞-细胞接触的方式抑制Th17细胞的功能。目前认为Th17／Treg及其分泌的细胞因子失衡在牙周炎的发生发展中起重要作用，但Th17／Treg失衡在牙周炎发生发展中的作用和机制尚不明确。本文就Th17细胞、Treg细胞对牙周炎的作用以及Th17／Treg失衡对牙周炎发生发展的影响进行综述。

简介：背景：类风湿性关节炎是自身免疫性疾病，传统治疗方法很难有效解决患者免疫耐受机制缺失的问题。随着干细胞再生医学的发展，应用干细胞治疗免疫性疾病成为热点。目前国内外对于细胞移植治疗类风湿性关节炎少有报道。目的：探讨脐带间充质干细胞对类风湿性关节炎患者Th1/Th2、Treg变化的影响，为类风湿性关节炎寻找新的治疗方法。〈br〉方法：180例类风湿性关节炎患者，其中27例为对照组，给予非类固醇抗炎药和抗风湿药，153例为治疗组，静脉输注细胞数为4×10^7的脐带间充质干细胞40mL，用药方案与对照组相同，76例患者在第1次细胞治疗的三四个月后接受了2次脐带间充质干细胞治疗。随访治疗后3，6个月进行临床有效性评估（DAS28、HAQ、ACR20）、类风湿因子、抗CCP抗体、T细胞亚群、Th细胞因子检测。部分2次细胞治疗患者随访至8个月检测Treg、T细胞亚群。结果与结论：①随访3个月时，细胞治疗组DAS28评分、HAQ评分、ACR20较对照组下降明显，差异有非常显著性意义（P＜0.01）。②脐带间充质干细胞治疗3，6个月的DAS28评分、HAQ评分较治疗前明显下降（＜0.01），2次治疗较1次治疗继续下降（P＜0.01）。③治疗后3，6个月γ-干扰素水平较治疗前变化不明显，治疗后6个月白细胞介素4水平较治疗前逐渐上升（P＜0.05）。④治疗后3，6个月Treg较治疗前明显上升（P＜0.01），同时治疗后Treg升高与ACR明显相关，尤其是ACR70百分率（P＜0.05）；治疗后3个月CD4＋Treg比率明显升高（P＜0.05），6，8个月时与治疗前相比也是升高趋势，但差异无显著性意义（P＞0.05）。⑤治疗后6个月B细胞水平明显下降（P＜0.05）；治疗后3，6个月类风湿因子较治疗前均明显下降（P＜0.05）。⑥治疗后3，6个月抗CCP抗体和白细胞介素17水平变化不大。结果表明类风湿�
