  • 简介:Specularandstrongreflectionsarethemainproblemsencounteredduringpartimagedefectinspectionofshinyorhighlyreflectivesurfaces.Inthisletter,weproposeanimprovedilluminationmethodfordefectinspection.Adiffuselightsourceisdesignedbasedonthephysicsanalysisoflightreflection.Thedistributionofintensityissimulatedaccordingtoaknownmodeltoverifytheilluminationuniformityofthesource.Experimentsshowthatdefectexpressivitywhenusingtheproposedilluminationmethodhasabetterperformance.Theopticalmodelisnotonlysuitableforthedefectdetectionofmetalballsbutalsoforthedefectdetectionofplanesandcylinders.

  • 简介:Anopticalfibersensorforultrathinlayersensingbasedonshort-rangesurfaceplasmonpolariton(SRSPP)isproposed,andthesensingcharacteristicsaretheoreticallyanalyzed.Simulationresultsindicatethatevenforadetectinglayermuchthinnerthanthevacuumwavelength,aresolutionashighas3.7×10-6RIUcanbeobtained.Moreover,anaveragethickness-detectionsensitivityof6.2dB/nmisobtained,whichenablesthesensortodetectthethicknessvariationoftheultrathinlayeruptotensofnanometers.Thesensitiveregionofthicknesscouldbeadjustedbytuningthestructureparameters.

  • 简介:InordertoimprovetheopticalpropertiesoftheⅢ-Ⅴlaserdiodes(LDs)bymeansofH_2Splasmapassiva-tiontechnology,H_2SplasmapassivationtreatmentisperformedontheGaAs(110)surface.Theoptimumpassivationconditionsobtainedare60-Wradiofrequency(RF)powerand20-minduration.Sothelasercavitysurfacesaretreatedundertheoptimumpassivationconditions.Consequently,comparedwithun-passivatedlaserswithonlyAR/HR-coatings,thecatastrophicopticaldamage(COD)thresholdvalueofthepassivatedlasersbyH_2Splasmatreatmentisincreasedby33%,whichisalmostthesameasthatof(NH_4)_2S_xtreatment.Andthelife-testexperimenthasdemonstratedthatthispassivationmethodismorestablethan(NH_4)_2S_xsolutionwet-passivatedtreatment.

  • 简介:Weinvestigatethesensitivityenhancementofsurfaceplasmonresonance(SPR)sensorsthroughplanarmetallicfilmcloselycoupledtonanogratings.Theeffectsofthethicknessofmetallicfilmandgratingperiodontherefractiveindexsensitivityofthedeviceareanalyzedindetail.Therefractiveindexsensitivityofnanograting-basedSPRsensorsispredictedtobeabout540nmperrefractiveindexunit(RIU)usingoptimizedstructuralparameters.Furthermore,thegratingperiodcanbeusedasaparametertoadjustthewavelengthofresonancereflection.OurstudyonSPRsensorsthroughplanarmetallicfilmcloselycoupledtonanogratingsdemonstratesthepotentialforsignificantimprovementinrefractiveindexsensitivity,sinceitshowsmuchgreaterflexibilityintermsoftuningtheopticalparametersofthedevice.

  • 简介:ThisLetterreportstheformationofperiodicsurfacestructuresonNi–Fefilmirradiatedbyasinglefemtosecondlaserpulse.Aconcavelenswithafocuslengthof-150mmisplacedinfrontofanobjective(100×,NA=0.9),whichtransformstheGaussianlaserfieldintoaringdistributionbytheFresneldiffraction.Periodicripplesformontheablationareaaftertheirradiationofasinglefemtosecondlaserpulse,whichdependsonthelaserpolarizationandlaserfluence.Weproposethattheringstructureofthelaserfieldleadstoasimilartransientdistributionofthepermittivityonthesamplesurface,whichfurtherlaunchesthesurfaceplasmonpolaritons.Theinteractionoftheincidentlaserwithsurfaceplasmonpolaritonsdominatestheformationofperiodicsurfacestructures.

  • 简介:Atunableslowlightof2.5-Gb/spseudo-randombinarysequencesignalusinga1550-nmvertical-cavitysurface-emittinglaser(VCSEL)isexperimentallydemonstrated.Theinfluencesofthebiascurrentandthegainsaturationontheslowlightareinvestigated.Withbiascurrentincreasing,tunableopticalgroupdelayupto98psisobtainedatroomtemperature.Demonstrationofthetimedelaybetween16and24psbysignalintensitychangeisreported.Underanappropriatebiascurrent,bytuningtheinputsignaltotrackthepeakgainwavelengthoftheVCSEL,slowlightofapowerpenaltyaslowas1dBisachieved.Withsuchalowpowerpenalty,theVCSELhasagreatpotentialapplicationasacompactopticalbuffer.

  • 简介:多光谱MODIS(中分辨率成像光谱仪)数据为深入研究全球卷云提供了可能性。基于卷云辐射系统模型,利用MODIS1.38μm波段(26通道)和0.66μm波段(1通道)探测数据相关性,反演计算可见光波段卷云反射率。反演计算中,使用1km分辨率MODIS1B数据,对M()DIS典型图幅进行不同等分划分,分别给出反演结果并进行对比分析,结果表明等分份数越多,其反演结果精度越高,最后给出了反演结果实际应用。

  • 简介:对比分析了COMS图像传感器IBIS5-A-1300两种工作模式,使用Verilog语言对图像传感器驱动时序进行硬件描述,并用ModelSim对卷帘模式设计时序进行仿真。采用了Altera公司cycloneⅡ系列器件EP2C20F48418进行配置和验证,结果证明了时序电路正确性。该系统适用于航天领域空间图像采集任务。

  • 简介:提出了一种新型OCDMA多维码构造方案.该多维码是在一维EPC(扩展素数码)时域码基础上,对其进行PC(素数码)跳频编码,并加上了偏振信息.然后通过偏振片和FBG(布拉格光线光栅)实现这种码编解码,详述了其特点,最后描述了使用该地址码进行信息传输OCDMA系统结构.计算表明该新型地址码具有更大容量,能容纳更多用户同时通信.

  • 简介:设计了一种基于CIS柔性片材光电自动检测纠偏控制器,可以准确地检测出特征标志线位置,并驱动执行机构带动切割刀片进行实时、准确位置分切。在差动纠偏方法基础上,采用了阈值增量法和均值边缘检测方法更精确地检测标志线位置,并介绍了纠偏控制系统硬件结构和软件设计。与两对光电元件为检测传感器纠偏检测控制器相比较,该纠偏控制器具有较高空间检测分辨率和精度。

  • 简介:针对在无线射频识别(RFID)卡生产过程中会采用不同材质或不同颜色柔性基板情况,提出了一种利用CCD扫描图像灰度均值作为反馈信号来控制光源光强进行自动调节方法,以获取不同柔性基板高质量特征标志线图像。给出了用FPGA实现该技术方法,介绍了使用QuartusⅡ设计光强自动调节电路各个功能模块,给出了仿真验证结果,并在实验平台上对RFID柔性基板进行了实际应用测试。该技术已成功应用在RFID卡封装设备自动纠偏控制系统中,运作良好。

  • 简介:提出了使用DSP对F-P腔滤波后FBG反射谱进行信号处理解调方案,DSP处理器不断地对测量支路和参考支路信号进行采集、比较,从而解算出待测量变化值。从光学原理上探讨了F-P腔用波长表示干涉滤波函数,对光电探测器测得信号进行反卷积模拟运算,得到了当光电探测器接收光强度分布不是中心对称时,分别提高了0.0399nm和0.057nmFBG反射谱,提高了光纤光栅传感器解调精度。
