简介:Arobustadaptivepredictorisproposedtosolvethetime-varyinganddelaycontrolproblemofanoverheadcranesystemwithastereo-visionservo.Thepredictorisbasedontheuseofarecurrentneuralnetwork(RNN)withtappeddelays,andisusedtosupplythereal-timesignaloftheswingangle.Therearetwotypesofdiscrete-timecontrollersunderinvestigation,i.e.,theproportional-integral-derivative(PID)controllerandtheslidingcontroller.Firstly,adesignprincipleoftheneuralpredictorisdevelopedtoguaranteetheconvergenceofitsswingangleestimation.Then,animprovedversionoftheparticleswarmoptimizationalgorithm,theparallelparticleswarmoptimization(PPSO)methodisusedtooptimizethecontrolparametersofthesetwotypesofcontrollers.Finally,ahomemadeoverheadcranesystemequippedwiththeKinectsensorforthevisualservoisusedtoverifytheproposedscheme.Experimentalresultsdemonstratetheeffectivenessoftheapproach,whichalsoshowtheparameterconvergenceinthepredictor.
