  • 简介:TheTangShanResearchInstituteofGroupTechnologyhasbeenengagedinthedevelop-mentofGTforthelightindustrymachinerybuildingfactoriessince1980.Underitsoverallsupervisionmorethan8factorieshaveappliedGTtodrawingcontrolandprocessplanning,while4ofthemreorga-nizedtheirmachineshopsintoGTcellsandthethroughputcapabilitieswereraisdimmediatelyby15toeven49%.SincetheexistingGTcodingsystemspredictonlytheglobalcharacteristicsofmachineparts,theirapplicationaloneisunabletotransferalltheinformationneededfortheCAD/CAMintegrationinaCIMenvironment.Fromtheverybeginningof1989,westartedtostudythefeasibilityofintroducingconceptsofFunctionalFormFeaturesintoGTcodes.Basedontheexhaustivestudyofnearly100,000partdrawingsfrommachineriesformakingpotteryandporcelainappliances,cigarette,paperpulp,glassbottles,plasticsmoulding,beerandbeveragefillingetc.,anewGT/FFFcodingsystemwasworkedoutandacorrespondingsetofstandarddrawingsassembledfromFFFprimitivesWasformulat-edwhichcancoverupto65—75%ofexistingpartsfromlightindustrymachineries.FFFbasedGTcodesgreatlyfacilitatethestandardizationcontrolofreleaseddrawings,acceleratetheengineeringde-signandprocessplanning,andcertainlywillplayanimportantroleinthefutureCIMorganization.

  • 简介:AnovellinkadaptationschemeusinglinearAutoRegressive(AR)modelchannelestimationalgorithmtoenhancetheperformanceofautorateselectionmechanisminIEEE802.11gisproposed.ThisschemecanovercomethelowefficiencycausedbytimeintervalbetweenthetimewhenReceivedSignalStrength(RSS)ismeasuredandthetimewhenrateisselected.Thebestrateisselectedbasedondatapayloadlength,frameretrycountandtheestimatedRSS,whichisestimatedfromrecordedRSSs.Simulationresultsshowthattheproposedschemeenhancesmeanthroughputperformanceupto7%,insaturationstate,andupto24%infiniteloadstatecomparedwiththosenon-estimationschemes,performanceenhancementsinaveragedroprateandaveragenumberoftransmissionattemptsperdataframedeliveryalsovalidatetheeffectivenessoftheproposedscheme.

  • 简介:Thepurposeofthisstudyistoexaminetheimpactofonlinesocialcapitalonknowledgeacquisition,andthereby,improvetheprocessofentrepreneuriallearningforyoungsters.Theresearchersofferhypothesestoshedlightontheinterrelationshipsamongcriticalcomponentsofsocialcapitaltheoryandknowledgeacquisitiontowardstheenhancementofentrepreneuriallearning.Thestudyalsohighlightstheroleoftrustasamoderatorwhichlinkstheotheraspectsofsocialcapitalwithknowledgeacquisition.Thehypothesesweretestedusingdatacollectedfromonlinegroupsbasedonthemotiveofentrepreneurialcultureandstudentlearning.Thestudyfindingsidentifiedasignificantpositiverelationshipsbetweensocialinteractionandknowledgeacquisition,betweensharedvisionandknowledgeacquisition,andalsobetweenknowledgeacquisitionandentrepreneuriallearning,confirmingourhypothesisthatsocialcapitalaffectsknowledgeacquisitionanditspracticealapplicationtostudentlearning.Furthermore,trustasamoderatordiminishedthepositiverelationshipsbetweensocialinteractionandknowledgeacquisitionandalsobetweensharedvisionandknowledgeacquisition.WiththeemerginguseofWeb-basedtechnologies,thisresearchcanbevaluabletoexplainhowdifferentfacetsofonlinesocialcapitalcanfosterlearningeffectivenessforyoungentrepreneursinmultiplesocialsettings.Thefindingsalsoprovidesignificantimplicationsfororganizationsandsocialnetworkstobetterunderstandtheaspectsoftrustrepairwhichcouldbehelpfultoenhancecollectivelearning.

  • 简介:Advancesinmaterialscienceandmathematicsinconjunctionwithtechnologicalneedshavetriggeredtheuseofmaterialandelectriccomponentswithfractionalorderphysicalproperties.Thispaperconsidersthemathematicalmodelofapiezoelectricwindflowenergyharvestersystemforwhichthecapacitanceofthepiezoelectricmaterialhasfractionalordercurrent-voltagecharacteristics.Additionallythemechanicalelementisassumedtohavefractionalorderdamping.Theanalysisisfocusedontheeffectsoforderofderivativesontheappearanceandcharacteristicsoflimitcircleoscillations(LCO).Itisobtainedthat,theorderofderivativestoenhancetheamplitudeofLCOandlowerthethresholdconditionleadingtoLCO.Thedomainsofefficiencyofthesystemareillustratedinvariousparametersspaces.
