简介：摘要目的应用SBAR交接单构建神经外科手术SHARE交接模型，并对其应用效果进行评价。方法选取本院2018年4—6月187例神经外科的开颅、脊柱、内镜或介入手术为对照组，2018年7—9月175例神经外科的开颅、脊柱、内镜或介入手术为观察组。观察组采用SBAR交接单进行病房/急诊室-手术室、手术室-复苏室/ICU、复苏室-病房/ICU之间的SHARE模式交接班；对照组使用旧版SBAR交接单顺序交接模式。比较两组患者交接班中不良事件发生率、三方之间电话回访率、交接班时间和护士对交接班的满意度。结果SBAR模型实施后，观察组的物品交接清点、手术部位标识、皮肤状态评估、管道以及术后仪器准备合格率比对照组明显提高，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）；总体电话回访率从对照组的22.4%下降至观察组的4.3%（P<0.05）；观察组的急诊室转入手术室以及手术室转入ICU交接时间比对照组明显缩短（均P<0.05）；观察组护士对交接班的满意度总评分比对照组明显提高[（20.94±1.46）分比（17.65±1.15）分]，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论应用SBAR交接单进行SHARE交接降低了神经外科手术交接班不良事件的发生，减少了各方电话回访率，缩短了交接班时间，提高了护士对交接班的满意度，提高了手术交接的安全性，值得临床推广。
