简介:目前,海南省旅游业总体规模不断扩大,且创汇效益显著,但其进一步的发展很大程度上取决于其产业结构的合理性。从Shift—Share方法为视角,分析了海南省旅游产业部门的现状。结果表明:餐饮、购物、游览部门结构效益相对较优,长途交通、娱乐、市内交通和邮电通讯部门不具有区域竞争力,住宿和其他服务结构效益不佳,可从优、劣势部门各自的层面采取对应措施,同时还应加强各部门之间的协作发展,以进一步促进旅游产业结构优化。

简介:摘要目的应用SBAR交接单构建神经外科手术SHARE交接模型,并对其应用效果进行评价。方法选取本院2018年4—6月187例神经外科的开颅、脊柱、内镜或介入手术为对照组,2018年7—9月175例神经外科的开颅、脊柱、内镜或介入手术为观察组。观察组采用SBAR交接单进行病房/急诊室-手术室、手术室-复苏室/ICU、复苏室-病房/ICU之间的SHARE模式交接班;对照组使用旧版SBAR交接单顺序交接模式。比较两组患者交接班中不良事件发生率、三方之间电话回访率、交接班时间和护士对交接班的满意度。结果SBAR模型实施后,观察组的物品交接清点、手术部位标识、皮肤状态评估、管道以及术后仪器准备合格率比对照组明显提高,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);总体电话回访率从对照组的22.4%下降至观察组的4.3%(P<0.05);观察组的急诊室转入手术室以及手术室转入ICU交接时间比对照组明显缩短(均P<0.05);观察组护士对交接班的满意度总评分比对照组明显提高[(20.94±1.46)分比(17.65±1.15)分],两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用SBAR交接单进行SHARE交接降低了神经外科手术交接班不良事件的发生,减少了各方电话回访率,缩短了交接班时间,提高了护士对交接班的满意度,提高了手术交接的安全性,值得临床推广。
