简介:摘要目的分析研讨依达拉奉联合rt-PA超时间窗治疗脑梗死疾病的临床疗效。方法采用随机抽签方式,从我院2014年1月至2017年6月期间收治的脑梗死疾病者中,抽取60例纳入到讨论中,60例患者按入院单双顺序号分30例对照组(rt-PA超时间窗治疗)和30例研究组(依达拉奉+rt-PA超时间窗治疗),对比讨论两组患者临床治疗状况。结果对比治疗前神经功能评分(ADL、NIHSS评分),组间数据无统计学意义(P>0.05);对比两组患者治疗后神经功能评分状况(ADL、NIHSS评分),研究组比对照组优,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察24小时未出现颅内出血。对比两组患者治疗后D-二聚体、ET-1、ACA等指数,研究组比对照组优,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗脑梗死疾病可考虑将依达拉奉和rt-PA超时间窗方式联合使用,疗效突出,可让人体脑血管舒缩状况得到调节,脑水肿被缓解,脑部神经细胞得到一定程度保护,进而让神经功能得到改善,应用性较大。
简介:摘要目的探讨重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(rt-PA)静脉溶栓治疗后循环脑梗死的临床疗效。方法纳入30例采用rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗的后循环脑梗死患者,根据治疗时间窗的不同,将其均分为两组观察组15例时间窗为<4.5h,对照组为4.5~9h,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组与对照组治疗前、治疗后24h、14d、90d的NIHSS评分和治疗90d后的mRs评分均无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组预后优良率为53.33%,与对照组的46.67%相当,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论对于后循环脑梗死患者,在发病后4.5h以内或4.5~9h以内给予rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗均有效,可显著改善患者神经功能和提高患者生活质量。
简介:Thecriticaltechnicalproblemofunderwaterbottomobjectdetectionisfoundingastablefeaturespaceforechosignalsclassification.Thepastliteraturesmorefocusonthecharacteristicsofobjectechoesinfeaturespaceandreverberationisonlytreatedasinterference.Inthispaper,reverberationisconsideredasakindofsignalwithsteadycharacteristic,andtheclusteringofreverberationinfrequencydiscretewavelettransform(FDWT)featurespaceisstudied.Inordertoextracttheidentifyinginformationofechosignals,featurecompressionandclusteranalysisareadoptedinthispaper,andthecriterionofseparabilitybetweenobjectechoesandreverberationisgiven.TheexperimentaldataprocessingresultsshowthatreverberationhassteadypatterninFDWTfeaturespacewhichdiffersfromthatofobjectechoes.Itisproventhatthereisseparabilitybetweenreverberationandobjectechoes.
简介:IncreasingICdensitiesnecessitatediagnosismethodologieswithenhanceddefectlocatingcapabilities.YetthecomputationaleffortexpendedinextractingdiagnosticinformationandthestringentstoragerequirementsconstitutemajorconcernsduetothetremendousnumberoffaultsintypicalICs.Inthispaper,weproposeanRT-leveldiagnosismethodologycapableofrespondingtothesechallenges.Intheproposedscheme,diagnosticinformationiscomputedonagroupedfaulteffectbasis,enhancingboththestorageandthecomputationalaspects.Thefaulteffectgroupingcriteriaareidentifiedbasedonamodulestructureanalysis,improvingthepropagationabilityofthediagnosticinformationthroughRTmodules.Experimentalresultsshowthattheproposedmethodologyprovidessuperiorspeed-upsandsignificantdiagnosticinformationcompressionatnosacrificeindiagnosticresolution,comparedtotheexistinggate-leveldiagnosisapproaches.
