简介：目的：观察针刺对高脂血症小鼠的疗效及作用机制。方法：将雄性清洁级昆明小鼠120只,随机分为正常组、模型组各40只,针刺组和药物组各20只。除正常组外采用高脂饮食饲料喂养制备高脂血症小鼠模型。造模第15天检测正常及造模动物各20只的血清总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）;同时针刺组开始电针双侧＂丰隆＂＂曲池＂＂三阴交＂穴10min,每日1次,连续干预10d;药物组灌服辛伐他汀,每日1次,连续10d。治疗结束后检测各组血清TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C及丙二醛（MDA）、一氧化氮（NO）、内皮素（ET）含量和超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活力。结果：第15天,模型组小鼠血清TG、TC、LDL-C含量均高于正常组（P〈0.05）,HDL-C含量低于正常组（P〈0.01）。治疗10d后,针刺组、药物组小鼠血清TG、TC、LDL-C以及MDA、ET含量均低于模型组,血清HDL-C、NO含量以及SOD活力高于模型组（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,且针刺组的改善作用优于药物组（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论：针刺治疗能够调节高脂血症小鼠血脂代谢,抵抗脂质过氧化,并具有保护血管内皮功能的作用。
