  • 简介:利用同步辐射对天然金刚石晶体进行了形貌学研究,在近完事晶体内观察到晶体以平行{100}生长为主的正常生长,而不是前人所常见的平行{111}生长。生长带方向平行于(100)、(100)和(010)、(010)。生长带分布在偏离晶体中心的曲面内。由生长带的分布与形态可以观察到晶体不同晶面的生长速度具有明显差异。

  • 简介:Co(II)-salenwasencapsulatedinMIL-100(Cr)metalorganicframeworkby"shipinabottle"tosynthesizeanewelectrocatalyst,Cosalen@MIL-100(Cr).ThematerialwascharacterizedbyXRD,FT-IR,UV-VisandN2-adsorption.TheCosalen@MIL-100(Cr)modifiedglassycarbonelectrodeexhibitsawell-definedreductionpeakatthepotentialof–0.21Vtowardtheoxygenreductionreaction(ORR)bycyclicvoltammetry(CV)inpH=6.84phosphatebuffer.Almost400mVpositiveshiftofpotentialatCosalen@MIL-100(Cr)modifiedelectrodeforORRcomparedwiththatatbareglassycarbon,indicatesthatCosalen@MIL-100(Cr)possessesexcellentelectrocatalyticactivity.ThetransferrednumberofelectronsforORRwasdeterminedbychronocoulometry.TheresultsuggeststhattheintroductionofCo(II)-salencomplexintoMOFincreasestheelectrocatalyticactivityviaafour-electronreductionpathway.Furthermore,thiselectrocatalystexhibitsgoodstabilityandreproducibility.

  • 简介:Theadsorptionandelectronicpropertiesofisolatedcobaltphthalocyanine(CoPc)moleculeonanultrathinlayerofNaClhavebeeninvestigated.High-resolutionSTMimagesgiveadetailedpictureofthelowestunoccupiedmolecularorbital(LUMO)ofanisolatedCoPc.ItisshownthattheNaClultrathinlayerefficientlydecouplestheinteractionofthemoleculesfromtheunderneathmetalsubstrate,whichmakesitanidealsubstrateforstudyingthepropertiesofsinglemolecules.Moreover,strongdependenceoftheappearanceofthemoleculesonthesamplebiasintheregionofrelativelyhighbias(>3.1V)isascribedtotheimagepotentialstates(IPSs)ofNaCl/Cu(100),whichmayprovideuswithapossiblemethodtofabricatequantumstoragedevices.

  • 简介:HeteroepitaxialLaAlO3filmsweregrownonaSrTiO3/Si(100)substratebylasermolecularbeamepitaxyunderdifferentoxygenpressures,andtheirpropertiessuchascrystallinityandelectricalcharacteristicswereexperimentallyinvestigatedusingthevariousmeasurementmethods.Theresultsshowthatmostpropertiesdependmainlyonthedepositionoxygenpressure.ThecrystallinityandtheC-VandI-Vcharacteristicscanbegreatlyimprovedwiththeincreasingoxygendepositionpressure.Moreover,afterannealedat1050~CinN2ambient,theC-VandI-VcharacteristicsofLAOfilmsdepositedattheloweroxygenpressurearealsoimprovedduetothedecreaseofoxygenvacanciesinLAOfilms.

  • 简介:Inthispaperwereviewthedesignanddevelopmentofa100J,10Hznanosecondpulsedlaser,codenamedDiPOLE100X,beingbuiltattheCentralLaserFacility(CLF).This1kWaveragepowerdiode-pumpedsolid-statelaser(DPSSL)isbasedonamasteroscillatorpoweramplifier(MOPA)design,whichincludestwocryogenicgascooledamplifierstagesbasedonDiPOLEmulti-slabceramicYb:YAGamplifiertechnologydevelopedattheCLF.Thelaserwillproducepulsesbetween2and15nsindurationwithprecise,arbitrarilyselectableshapes,atpulserepetitionratesupto10Hz,allowingreal-timeshapeoptimizationforcompressionexperiments.Oncecompleted,thelaserwillbedeliveredtotheEuropeanX-rayFreeElectronLaser(XFEL)facilityinGermanyasaUK-fundedcontributioninkind,whereitwillbeusedtostudyextremestatesofmatterattheHighEnergyDensity(HED)instrument.

  • 简介:TheBrenner-LJpotentialisadoptedtodescribetheinteractionbetweenC36clustersanddiamondsurface,andthedepositionmechanismofmulti-C36clustersonthediamondsurfaceisalsostudiedbyusingthemethodofmoleculardynamicssimulation.Thesimulationresultsshowthatthecompetitioneffectsoftwointeractions,i.e.theinteractionbetweenclusterandclusterandtheinteractionbetweenclusterandcrystalplane,arestudied,andthentheinfluenceofthesecompetitioneffectsonC36clusterdepositionisanalysed.Thefindingisthatwhenanincidentenergyisappropriatelychosen,C36clusterscanbechemicallyadsorbedanddepositedsteadilyonthediamondsurfaceintheformofsingle-layer,andinthedepositionprocessthemulti-C36clusterspresentaphenomenonofenergytransmission.Theexperimentalresultshowsthatatatemperatureof300K,inordertodepositC36clustersintoasteadynano-structuredsingle-layeredfilm,theoptimalincidentenergyisbetween10and18eV,iftheincidentenergyislargerthan18eV,theC36clusterswillbedepositedintoanislandnano-structuredfilm.

  • 简介:ThelocalstructuresoftheimmiscibleFe100-xCuxalloys(x=0,10,20,40,60,80and100)producedbymechanicalalloyinghavebeeninvestigatedbyXAFS.FortheFe100-xCux(x≥40)solidsolutions,thelocalstructuresaroundFeatomschangefrombccstructuretofcconeandtheCuatomsmaintaintheoriginalcoordinationgeometryaftermillingfor160hours.Onthecontrary,thelocalstructuresaroundCuatomsinbothofFe80Cu20andFe90Cu10alloysappearatransitionfromfcctobccstructure.WefoundthattheDebye-wallerfactorσoffccFe-CuphaseislargerthanthatofbccF-Cuphase,andtheσ(0.099A°)aroundFeatomsislargerthanthat(0.089A°)ofCuintheFe100-xCux(x≥40)solidsolutions,ThissuggeststhatthemechanicallyalloyedFe100-xCuxsupersaturatedsolidsolutionisnotahomogeneousalloy,andconsistsofFe-richandCu-richregionsforvariouscompositions.Apossiblemechanismforbcc-to-fccandfcc-to-bccchangesinFe100-xCuxsolidsolutionsisdiscussedinrelationtotheinterdiffusionandtransitioninducedbytheballmilling.

  • 简介:Twotransmissioncurvedcrystalspectrometersaredesignedtomeasurethehardx-rayemissioninthelaserfusionexperimentofComptonradiographyofimplosiontargetonShenGuang-IIIlaserfacilityinChina.Cylindricallycurvedα-quartz(10–11)crystalswithcurvatureradiiof150and300mmareusedtocoverspectralrangesof10–56and17–100keV,respectively.Thedistancebetweenthecrystalandthex-raysourcecanbechangedoverabroaddistancefrom200to1500mm.Theopticaldesign,includingtheintegralreflectivityofthecurvedcrystal,thesensitivity,andthespectralresolutionofthespectrometers,isdiscussed.WealsoprovidemechanicdesigndetailsandexperimentalresultsusingaMoanodex-raysource.High-qualityspectrawereobtained.Weconfirmedthatthespectralresolutioncanbeimprovedbyincreasingtheworkingdistance,whichisthedistancebetweentherecordingmediumandtheRowlandcircle.

  • 简介:Wepresentanovelandsimplemethodtoobtainanultrawidefreespectralrange(FSR)siliconringresonatortogetherwithatuningrangecoveringtheentirespectrumfrom1500to1600nm.AringresonatorwithalargeFSRtogetherwithahighQfactor,hightuningefficiency,andlowfabricationcostandcomplexityisdesiredformanyapplications.Inthispaper,weintroduceanovelwaytomakesucharingresonator,whichtakesadvantageofthewell-knownresonance-splittingphenomenon.ItisasingleringresonatorwithanFSRofmorethan150nmaround1550nmandwhichhasaneasythermo-optictunabilitythatcanproduceatuningrangearound90nmorevenmore.Moreover,thedeviceissimpletoimplementandcanbefabricatedinstandardcomplementarymetal-oxidesemiconductortechnologywithoutrequiringanykindofcomplicatedprocessingorextramaterials.Thepotentialapplicationsincludesinglemodelasercavities,wavelengthdivisionmultiplexingfilters,(de)multiplexers,opticalsensors,andintegratedreflectors.
