简介：【 摘要】 随着城市化建设的快速发展，房建规模不断扩大、投资金额随之增多，做好项目管理与成本控制显得愈发重要。为了进一步满足我国建筑业发展需求，施工企业需要认识到项目管理与成本管理工作的重要性，并采取合理措施做好各环节的管理工作。 【 Abstract】 With the rapid development of urbanization, the scale of housing construction is expanding and the amount of investment is increasing, so it is more and more important to do well in project management and cost control. 简介：【摘要】工程项目管理是现场各项工作有序进行的重要手段，针对当前工程规模不断扩大、资金投入逐渐增多的局面，工期进度方面要求也更加严格。论文针对工程项目管理工作对工期的影响，分析其中的不利因素，并探讨具体的管理方法。 Absrtact: project management is an important means to carry out all kinds of work on the site in an orderly manner. In view of the current situation of the continuous expansion of the project scale and the gradual increase of capital investment, the requirements for the schedule of the construction period are also more stringent. Focuses on the impact of project management on the construction period, this paper analyzes the unfavorable factors, and discusses the specific management methods.
