ObjectiveToassesstherelativefactorsofelderlyasthmaticswithpoorcontrolandcountermeasure.MethodsTheclinicaldataandresultofinvestigationof70elderlypatientswithasthmawerestudied.ResultsThemaintypeofthoseelderlyasthmaticswerepersistent(42/70)andexacerbation(28/70).Thefirstattackbeforetheageof60wasfoundin61cases(87.1%).Amongthe70cases,48(68.6%)caseshadsmoking,only5(7.1%)persistintheinhaleofcorticosteriocls.Therearemultiplefactorsofmedicationandnon-medicationhadrelatedtoelderlyasthmaticswithpoorcontrol.Thereismultiplesicknessinthosepatientstoinfluenceoverthat.ConclusionTherearemultiplefactorstoinfluenveoverelderlyasthmaticswithcontrol.Prevention,managementandtreatmentintheelderlyasthmaticsisdeadlyimportant.
