简介：Thescatteringproblemofanti-planeshearwavesinafunctionallygradedmaterialstripwithanoff-centercrackisinvestigatedbyuseofSchmidtmethod.Thecrackisverticallytotheedgeofthestrip.ByusingtheFouriertransform,theproblemcanbesolvedwiththehelpofapairofdualintegralequationsthattheunknownvariableisthejumpofthedisplacementacrossthecracksurfaces.Tosolvethedualintegralequations,thejumpofthedisplacementacrossthecracksurfaceswasexpandedinaseriesofJacobipolynomials.Numericalexampleswereprovidedtoshowtheeffectsoftheparameterdescribingthefunctionallygradedmaterials,thepositionofthecrackandthefrequencyoftheincidentwavesuponthestressintensityfactorsofthecrack.
