简介:OxidemetallurgytechnologyhasbeendevelopedatBaosteelforimprovingtheheataffectedzonetoughnessofsteelplatesforhighheatinputwelding.AfterdeoxidationwithstrongdeoxidizersofMgalloy,thecomplexinclusionscontainingpartsofcompoundsofMgO,Ti2O3,MnO,Al2O3,MnS,CaSandTiNareformed.Thesekindsofinclusionsarebeneficialforpromotingtheformationofintragranularferrite.Aftertwo-electrodevibratoryelectrogasarcweldingwiththeV-typegrooveandahighheatinputof395kJ/cminasinglepass,theformeraustenitegrainisveryfineinsize,withanaveragegrainsizeofonly85μm.Excellentheataffectedzonetoughnessisobtainedforthedevelopedsteelplateswithathicknessupto68mm.
