  • 简介:Anilineisatoxicwaterpollutantdetectedindrinkingwaterandsurfacewater,andthischemicalisharmfultobothhumanandaquaticlife.Adielectricbarrierdischarge(DBD)reactorwasdesignedinthisstudytoinvestigatethetreatmentofanilineinaqueoussolution.Dischargecharacteristicswereassessedbymeasuringvoltageandcurrentwaveforms,capturinglightemissionimages,andobtainingopticalemissionspectra.Theeffectsofseveralparameterswereanalyzed,includingtreatmentdistance,dischargepower,DBDtreatmenttime,initialpHofanilinesolutions,andadditionofsodiumcarbonateandhydrogenperoxidetothetreatment.Anilinedegradationincreasedwithincreasingdischargepower.Underthesameconditions,higherdegradationwasobtainedatatreatmentdistanceof0mmthanatothertreatmentdistances.Atadischargepowerof21.5W,84.32%ofanilinewasremovedafter10minofDBDtreatment.InitialpHsignificantlyinfluencedanilinedegradation.Addingacertaindosageofsodiumcarbonateandhydrogenperoxidetothewastewatercanacceleratethedegradationrateofaniline.PossibledegradationpathwaysofanilinebyDBDplasmaswereproposedbasedontheanalyticaldataofGC/MSandTOC.

  • 简介:Thedischargeoperationregimeofpulsemodulatedatmosphericradiofrequency(RF)glowdischargeinheliumisinvestigatedonthedutycycleandfrequencyofmodulationpulses.Thecharacteristicsofradiofrequencydischargeburstintermsofbreakdownvoltage,alpha(α)-gamma(γ)modetransitionvoltageandcurrentaredemonstratedbythedischargecurrentvoltagecharacteristics.TheminimumbreakdownvoltageofRFdischargeburstwasobtainedatthedutycycleof20%andfrequencyof400kHz,respectively.Theα-γmodetransitionofRFdischargeburstoccursathighervoltageandcurrentbyreducingthedutycycleandelevatingthemodulationfrequencybeforetheRFdischargeburstevolvingintotheignitionphase,inwhichtheRFdischargeburstcanoperatestablyintheγmode.ItproposesthattheintensityandstabilityofRFdischargeburstcanbeimprovedbymanipulatingthedutycycleandmodulationfrequencyinpulsemodulatedatmosphericRFglowdischarge.

  • 简介:Inatmosphericradio-frequency(rf)discharges,theplasmaparameters,suchaselectrondensity,sheaththicknessandsheathvoltage,arenoteasytobeprobedexperimentally,whiletheelectricalcharacteristics,suchasimpedance,resistanceandreactance,arerelativelyconvenienttobemeasured.Inthispaperwepresentedasimpletheoreticalmodelderivedfromthefluiddescriptionofgeneratedplasmaswithoutconsideringthecircuitmodel,toinvestigatetherelationshipbetweentheplasmaimpedanceandplasmaparameters.Byintroducingarelaxationfrequency,theplasmaimpedancecouldbepredictedbyformulaspresentedinthisstudy,andthemeanelectrondensityandsheaththicknesscanalsobecalculatedfromthemeasuredorsimulatedimpedanceandreactance,respectively.

  • 简介:Objective:Tostudythemechanismofelectroacupuncture(EA)ofscalp-pointsforregulatingabnormaldischargesofneuronsindifferentregionsaroundthecerebralhemorrhagefocusbyusingneuro-electrophysiologicalmethods.Methods:80Wistarrats(anesthetizedwith20%urethane1g/kg,I.p.)wererandomlydividedintonormal,saline,modelandEAgroups,with20casesineachgroup.Cerebralhemorrhagemodelwasestablishedbyintracerebralinjectionoftherat'sownarterialbloodsample(40uL).Inratsofsalinegroup,thesamevolumeofsalinewasgivenforintracerebralinjection.ExtracellularelectricalactivityofneuronsofthecaudatenucleusandparafascicularnucleusandTailfiliformneedlesandstimulatedelectricallywithstimulatingparametersofstrengthof1V,frequencyof15Hzanddurationof15min.Results:Comparedwithnormalgroup,TFLvaluesofmodelgroupandEAgroupincreasedsignificantly(P<0.01);andcomparedwithmodelgroup,thoseofEAgroupdecreasedsignificantly(P<0.01),suggestingthatthepainthresholdincreasedsignificantlyincerebralhemorrhageratswhileafteracupuncturestimulation,itloweredstrikingly.Comparedwithnormalandsalinegroups,thelatencyvaluesofthepainexcitementandinhibitoryresponsesofthecellulardischargesofthecaudateandparafascicularnucleiinmodelandEAgroupsincreasedsignificantly(P<0.05~0.01),whileafterEA,itrecoveredapparently(P<0.01),showinganapparentregulativeeffectofEAontheabnormalchangesofdischargesofneuronsaroundthecerebralhemorrhagefocus.Conclusion:Scalp-acupuncturepossessesanapparentregulatoryeffectontheabnormalelectricalactivityofneuronsaroundthecerebralhemorrhagefocuswhichmayfavortheearlyrecoveryoffunctionalactivityofneuronsnearthefocustissues.

  • 简介:Theroleofpulseparametersonnanoparticlepropertyisinvestigatedself-consistentlybasedonacoupleoffluidmodelandaerosoldynamicsmodelinacapacitivelycoupledparallel-plateacetylene(C2H2)discharge.Inthismodel,themasscontinuityequation,momentumbalanceequation,andenergybalanceequationforneutralgasaretakenintoaccount.Thus,thethermophoreticforceariseswhenagastemperaturegradientexists.Thetypicalresultsofthismodelarepositiveandnegativeiondensities,electronimpactcollisionsrates,nanoparticledensity,andchargedistributions.Thesimulationisperformedfordutyratio0.4/0.7/1.0,aswellaspulsemodulationfrequencyfrom40kHzto2.7MHzforpureC2H2dischargesatapressureof500mTorr.Wefindthatthepulseparameters,especiallythedutyratio,haveagreataffectonthedissociativeattachmentcoefficientandthenegativedensity.Moreimportantly,bydecreasingthedutyratio,nanoparticlesstarttodiffusetothewall.Undertheactionofgasflow,nanoparticledensitypeakiscreatedinfrontofthepulseelectrode,wherethegastemperatureissmaller.
