  • 简介:Thediscreteiterativemapmodelofpeakcurrent-modecontrolledbuckconverterwithconstantcurrentload(CCL),containingtheoutputvoltagefeedbackandrampcompensation,isestablishedinthispaper.BasedonthismodelthecomplexdynamicsofthisconverterisinvestigatedbyanalyzingbifurcationdiagramsandtheLyapunovexponentspectrum.Theeffectsoframpcompensationandoutputvoltagefeedbackonthestabilityoftheconverterareinvestigated.Experimentalresultsverifythesimulationandtheoreticalanalysis.Thestabilityboundaryandchaosboundaryareobtainedunderthetheoreticalconditionsofperiod-doublingbifurcationandbordercollision.Itisfoundthattherearefouroperationregionsinthepeakcurrent-modecontrolledbuckconverterwithCCLduetoperiod-doublingbifurcationandborder-collisionbifurcation.Researchresultsindicatethatrampcompensationcanextendthestableoperationrangeandtransfertheoperatingmode,andoutputvoltagefeedbackcaneventuallyeliminatethecoexistingfast-slowscaleinstability.

  • 简介:Toinvestigatethemechanismofsecondarycirculationsinripcurrentsystems,andtoexploretherelationshipbetweenwaveconditionsandsecondarycirculationintensity,aseriesofnumericalexperimentsisperformedusingcouplednearshorewavemodelandcirculationmodel.Intheseexperiments,theripcurrentsandsecondarycirculationsgeneratedabovebarredbeacheswithripchannelsaresimulated.Acomparisonexperimentisconductedtoinvestigatetheformationandhydrodynamicsofthesecondarycirculations.Modelresultsindicatethatthesecondarycirculationsconsistofalongshoreflowsdrivenbywaveset-upneartheshoreline,partofthefeedercurrentsdrivenbythewaveset-upoverthebars,andonshoreflowsattheendoftheripchanneldrivenbywavebreakingandconvection.Theexistenceofthesecondarycirculationbarelyaffectstheripcurrent,butnarrowsandintensifiesthefeedercurrents.Threegroupsofexperimentsofvaryingincidentwaveconditionsareperformedtoinvestigatetherelationshipbetweenwaveconditionsandsecondarycirculationintensity.Thevelocityofthealongshoreflowofthesecondarycirculationissensitivetothevariationoftheincidentwaveheightandwaterdepth.Itisalsofoundthatthealongshoreflowintensityisindirectproportiontothealongshorevariationofthewaveheightgradientbetweenthebarsandtheshoreline.

  • 简介:Triple-negativebreastcancer(TNBC)isdiagnosedmorefrequentlyinyoungerandpremenopausalwomenandishighlyprevalentinAfricanAmericanwomen.TNBCisatermderivedfromtumorsthatarecharacterizedbytheabsenceofER,PgR,andHER2.SopatientswithTNBCdonotbenefitfromhormonalortrastuzumab-basedtherapies.TNBCsarebiologicallyaggressive,althoughsomereportssuggestthattheyrespondtochemotherapybetterthanothertypesofbreastcancer,prognosisremainspoor.Thisisdueto:shorteneddisease-freeintervalintheadjuvantandneoadjuvantsettingandamoreaggressivecourseinthemetastaticsetting.

  • 简介:Hepaticencephalopathy(HE)isasevereneuropsychiatricsyndromethatmostcommonlyoccursindecompensatedlivercirrhosisandincorporatesaspectrumofmanifestationsthatrangesfrommildcognitiveimpairmenttocoma.AlthoughtheetiologyofHEisnotcompletelyunderstood,itisbelievedthatmultipleunderlyingmechanismsareinvolvedinthepathogenesisofHE,andoneofthemainfactorsisthoughttobeammonia;however,theammoniahypothesisinthepathogenesisofHEisincomplete.Recently,ithasbeenincreasinglydemonstratedthatinflammation,includingsystemicinflammation,neuroinflammationandendotoxemia,actsinconcertwithammoniainthepathogenesisofHEincirrhoticpatients.Meanwhile,agoodnumberofstudieshavefoundthatcurrenttherapiesforHE,suchaslactulose,rifaximin,probioticsandthemolecularadsorbentrecirculatingsystem,couldinhibitdifferenttypesofinflammation,therebyimprovingtheneuropsychiatricmanifestationsandpreventingtheprogressionofHEincirrhoticpatients.TheantiinflammatoryeffectsofthesecurrenttherapiesprovideanoveltherapeuticapproachforcirrhoticpatientswithHE.ThepurposeofthisreviewistodescribetheinflammatorymechanismsbehindtheetiologyofHEincirrhosisanddiscussthecurrenttherapiesthattargettheinflammatorypathogenesisofHE.

  • 简介:ThispaperreportstheuseofAufilmstoimprovetheperformanceofthestackedsolidoxidefuelcell(SOFC)basedonthecharacterizationoftheinterfaceandtheadhesionbetweentheelectrodesoftheSOFCsandtheAgpaste.Thespecimensweremanufacturedtoperformtheexperimentasfollows.ASiO2waferwitha300mmnotchwasattachedtotheelectrodesofaSOFCbyaAgpasteandAufilm,whichweredepositedontheelectrodesbysputteringfor1minor5mindepositiontimeandannealedat300Cfor1h.Thefour-pointbendingtestwasperformed,whichresultedintheformationofanextendedcrackatthetiponthewafernotch,andthecrackpropagationwasobservedusingastereomicroscopeequippedwithacharge-coupleddevice(CCD).Consequently,theinterfacialadhesionenergyandtheeffectoftheAufilmbetweentheeachelectrodeandtheAgpastecanbeevaluated.Onthecathode,theinterfacialadhesionenergywithoutAufilmwas2.59J/m2(uppervalue)andtheadhesionenergyincreasedto11.59J/m2(uppervalue)and15.89J/m2(lowervalue)withtheAufilm.Ontheanode,theinterfacialadhesionenergywithoutAufilmwas1.74J/m2(uppervalue),whichincreasedto11.07J/m2(uppervalue)and14.74J/m2(lowervalue)withtheAufilm.Inaddition,theinterfaceareaswereanalyzedbyscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM)andenergydispersivespectroscopy(EDS)toestimatetheinterfacedelamination.

  • 简介:BackgroundAtrialfibrillation(AF)isthemostcommonsustainedcardiacarrhythmiawithouteffectivetreatment.AFisassociatedwithatrialconductiondisturbancescausedbyelectricaland/orstructuralremodel-ing.Buttheroleofconnexin(Cx)43intheregulationofLtypecalciumchannel(LCC)remainsunclear.WehypothesizedthatCx43mightco-localizeandregulatetheLtypecalciumchannelcurrent(ICa,L).MethodsReal-timePCRandwhole-cellpatchclampwereusedtodetecttheexpressionofLCC1csubunitandthecurrentdensityofICa,L,beforeandafterCx43knockingdownrespectively.Theco-localizationofCx43withLCCwasinvestigatedbyco-immunoprecipitationandconfocalmicroscopy.ResultsKnockingdownofCx43significantlyinhibitedthecurrentdensityofICa,LthroughdecreasingthegeneexpressionofLCCα1cinculturedatrium-derivedmyocytes(HL-1cells).Cx43co-localizedwithLCCα1csubunitinatrialmyocytes.ConclusionsCx43regulatestheICa,LinatrialmyoctyesthroughLCC,representingapotentialpathogenicmechanisminatrialarrhythmias.

  • 简介:Thecurrentsheathvelocityin0.25TorrgaspressureofFilippovtypeplasmafocusisstudiedexperimentally.Byusingtwotridimensionalmagneticprobesontopoftheanodesurface,thecurrentsheathvelocityismeasuredforargon,oxygenandnitrogen.Additionally,theeffectofchargingvoltageonthecurrentsheathvelocityisstudiedinbothaxialandradialphases.Wefoundthat,themaximumcurrentsheathvelocitiesatbothradialandaxialphasesarerespectively4.33±0.28(cm/μs)and3.92±0.75(cm/μs)withargonastheworkinggasat17kV.Also,theminimumvaluesofcurrentsheathvelocityare1.48±0.15(cm/μs)attheradialphaseand1.14±0.09(cm/μs)attheaxialphasewithoxygenat12kV.Thecurrentsheathvelocityattheradialphaseishigherthanthatattheaxialphaseforallgasesandvoltages.Inthisstudy,variationofthefullwidthhalfmaximum(FWHM)ofmagneticprobesignalswithvoltageisinvestigatedfordifferentgasesatradialandaxialphases.

  • 简介:AnAcousticDopplerCurrentProfiler(ADCP)observationsitewassetupintheWesternSouthYellowSeafrom2012to2013tostudythelocalsuspendedparticlematters(SPM)distributionpattern.TheSPMconcentrationcouldbesemi-quantitativelyrepresentedbybackscatterintensity(Sv),convertedbytheechointensity(EI)ofADCP.ResultsshowtwotypesofSPMinthewatercolumn:thequasi-biologicalSPMandquasi-mineralSPM.Thequasi-biologicalSPMmainlyexistsinsummerhalfyearandisconcentratedabovethethermocline.Ithasperiodicallydiurnalvariationswithhighconcentrationatnightandlowconcentrationinthedaytime.Thequasi-mineralSPMislocatedinlowerpartofthewatercolumn,withsimilarrelationtomonthlytidalcurrentvariationallyearround.However,thedailyquasi-mineralSPMdistributionpatternsvarybetweensummerandwinterhalfyear.Thesunlightisthoughttobetheoriginfactorleadingtothediurnallyverticalmotionofthebiologicalfeatures,whichmightcausethediurnalSvvariation.UnlikeinwinterhalfyearwhentidalcurrentisrelativelysingledrivingforceofthemonthlySPMpattern,thehighspeedcurrentnearthethermoclineisalsoresponsiblefortheconcentrationofquasi-mineralSPMinsummerhalfyear.Thesedimentinputdifferencebetweensummerandwinterhalfyearcontributetothevarieddailyvariationofquasi-mineralSPMwithre-suspendedSPMinwinterandsedimentsfromYellowSeaMudArea(YSMA)insummer.Theseasonalvariationsinhydrodynamics,waterstructureandheavy-windincidentsaretheprimaryfactorsinfluencingthedifferentialseasonalSPMdistributionpatterns.

  • 简介:ThepresentstudywasdesignedtodeterminetheeffectsofGuanfubaseA(GFA)onthelatesodiumcurrent(INa.L),transientsodiumcurrent(INa.T),HERGcurrent(IHERG),andKv1.5current(IKv1.5).ThevaluesofINa.L,INa.T,IHERGandIKv1.5wererecordedusingthewhole-cellpatchclamptechnique.Comparedwithotherchannels,GFAshowedselectiveblockingactivityinlatesodiumchannel.ItinhibitedINa.Linaconcentration-dependentmannerwithanIC50of(1.57±0.14)μmol·L-1,whichwassignificantlylowerthanitsIC50valuesof(21.17±4.51)μmol·L-1fortheINa.T.TheinhibitoryeffectofGFAonINa,Lwasnotaffectedby200μmol·L-1H2O2.ItinhibitedIHERGwithanIC50of(273±34)μmol·L-1andhasslightblockingeffectonIKv1.5,decreasingIKv1.5byonly20.6%at200μmol·L-1.Insummary,GFAinhibitedINa.Lselectivelyandremainedsimilarinhibitioninpresenceofreactiveoxygenspecies..ThesefindingsmaysuggestanovelmolecularmechanismforthepotentialclinicalapplicationofGFAinthetreatmentofcardiovasculardisorders.
