简介:ElectrodeENiFe-Cland£"4303wereselectedtojointhecementedcarbideWC-2QCoandcarbonsteel45byshieldedmetalarcweldingprocess.Microstructureandbendingpropertyofthecorrespondingjointswereanalyzed.Theresultsshowedthatthecarbonsteelelectrode£"4303hadnopropermetallurgyconditionforthearcweldingofcementedcarbideandcarbonsteel.TheCandNicontentofthecastironelectrodeENiFe-Clcouldmeettheconditionofpreventingtheformationof7]carbide,whichwassuittothearcweldingofcementedcarbideandcarbonsteel,buttheoperationparametersneededtobeoptimizedtominimizetheslaginclusion.ThealloyWC-2QCowhichdidnotfitforcoldarcwelding,byadoptingthemeasureofbeingpreheatedat723K/or1hbeforewelding,andbeingkeptat723Kfor3hafterweldingthenfollowedfurnacecoolingcouldavoidthehappeningofcrackintheWC-20C〇basemetal.
简介:Tandemgasmetalarcwelding(T-GMAW)processshowsahighdepositionratethatuptothreetimesofthesingleelectrodeGMAW,sotheweldingspeedcouldbesignificantlyincreasedinthisprocess.However,themajorityofthisprocessapplicationsarebasedonthepre-programmedroboticwelding,whichdoesnotallowthemtotracktheseamreal-timeduringwelding.Rotatingarcsensor,sensingtheseampositionbydetectingthechangingofweldingcurrents,hasbeenwidelyadoptedintheautomaticrobotweldingprocess.Itisproposedinthispapertointegratetherotatingarcsensorwithatrailingtorchtodevelopanewapproachofrotatingarcleadtandemgasmetalarcwelding(RLT-GMAW)process.Thecharacteristicsoftheweldingcurrentsintheproposednewweldingprocesswerefirstlystudied,andthenaself-turningfuzzycontrolseamtrackingstrategywasdevelopedforthemobilerobotautomaticwelding.TheexperimentalresultsshowedthattheproposedRLT-GMAWprocesshadanexcellentseamtrackingperformanceandhighweldingdepositionrate.Evenifthereweresomeelectromagneticinteractionsbetweenthetwoarcs,thedeviationoftheweldingseamcouldalsobereflectedbythefluctuationoftheweldingcurrentsontheleadingarconcethecorrectweldingparameterswereselected.Basedonthedetecteddeviation,theweldingtrackingexperimentsshowedthattheproposedself-turningfuzzycontrollerhadagoodperformancefortheRLT-GMAWprocessseamtracking.
简介:Weaddresstheroleoftheconcaveandconvexarcs(asobservedfromthesubductingplate)onthedeformationoccurringalongtheMyanmar-Andaman-Sumatramargin.Wecategorizethepre-andpost-seismicdeformationsofthelithosphereusingearthquakedatabaseoccurringeitherpriorto26thDecember2004M_w9.3off-Sumatramega-eventoraftertheincidence.Analysisunderpre-seismicdomainshowsthatareanearSumatrarecordshighestseismicity,whichlargelydropsintheareapasttheNorthAndaman,andfurtherincreasestowardsnorth.Shallowestdepthandminimumdipofthesubductinglithosphereisrecordedatthecentralsegmentwherethearctransformedintoconcaveshape.TheannualmomentenergyreleaseduringearthquakedecreasestomorethantwoordersofmagnitudepasttheNorthAndamantowardsnorthunderpost-seismicdeformationphase.HigherdepthsofcontinuityofeventsarepresumablyassociatedwithmoredippingBenioffzonesinboththeIndo-MyanmarandAndaman-Nicobarconvexarcs.Theseobservationsobviouslyaccountfortectonicsubdivisionofthemarginnearconcaveshapearcaroundthecentralpart.Absenceofvolcanism,presenceofsplayfaultsintheback-arc,sharpreductioninseismicitynearcentralsegmentareinterpretedtobecausedbymajortectonicimpactoftheNNE-wardconvergingbuoyantNinety-eastRidgeagainsttheAsianPlate.Shallowestdip,smallelasticthickness,weakconvergingIndianlithosphere,andevidencesofseriesofen-echelonblocksofftheeasternsideofthebrokennorthernNinetyeastRidgemightbeincapableofgeneratinggreatearthquakeinthisarea.

简介:Inthisstudy,theweldingthermalcyclecurveexhibitedtwotemperaturepeaksinhighheat-inputtwin-wireseparate-poolsubmerged-arcweldingandcoarse-grainedheataffectedzoneexistedintheweldedjoint.Theinclusionsofprimaryweldmetalandcoarse-grainedheataffectedzoneofCe-addedSAWshouldbeAl203,MnO,Si02,TiO,Ce2S3,CeS,Ce202SandCe203.Undertheeffectofweldingthermalcycle,oxy-sulfidesinclusionsofCe,thediameterofwhichwaslessthan2.0|Jim,slightlygrewlarger,butthecompositionandtypeoftheinclusionsdidn,tchange.ThemicrostructureofthelargeheatinputweldmetalhadacicularferritethatCeoxidesulphideparticlesinducednucleationandproeutectoidferrite.Inthecoarse-grainedheataffectedzoneofweldmetal,home-positionprecipitationofacicularferriteandsympatheticacicularferritewerebothobserved.Itwassupposedthatpreviouscrystalcellsofacicularferriteinaustenitegrainpromotedhome-positionprecipitationofacicularferrite.Meanwhile,sympatheticacicularferritetendedtonucleateattheprimaryacicularferritegrainboundaries,wherehighdislocationdensitywaslocated,andgrewinsidetheneighboringcarbon-depletedausteniticregions.Thegranularbainitenucleatedintheausteniticzonewithhighcarboncontentclosetoacicularferriteandsympatheticacicularferrite.
简介:TheNeotethysplaysanimportantroleinshapingtheGangdesemagmaticbelt,southernTibet.However,theinitialtimeofspreadingandsubductionoftheNeotethysremainscontentious.Inthisstudy,asuiteoflateTriassiccumulatehornblendegabbrowasidentifiedinthesouthernmarginoftheGangdesemagmaticbelt.Thegabbroexhibitscumulatestructure,withhornblendeandplagioclaseastheprimarymineralphases.Isotopicdataindicateahydrousmagmasourcederivedfromadepletedmantlewedgethathasbeenmodifiedbyslabdehydration.Geochemicaldiscriminationssuggestthatthegabbrowasformedinanintraoceanicarcsetting,withcrystallizationagesofca.220-213Ma.Hornblende,hornblendelagioclaseandilmenitethermometersrevealthatthecrystallizationtemperatureof900-750°Cforthegabbro.Hornblendeandhornblende-plagioclasegeobarometersyieldanemplacementdepthatca.14.5-19.5km.ThisgabbroconstitutesalineofevidenceforanintraoceanicarcmagmatismthatiscoevalwiththecounterpartsinthesouthernTurkey,revealinganintraoceanicsubductionsystemwithintheNeotethysfromwesttoeastintheLateTriassicandthattheoceanizationoftheNeotethyswasmuchearlierthanpreviousexpectation.
