  • 简介:Characteristicperiodisanimportantparameteroftheseismicdesignresponsespectrum.Thereisimportanttheoreticalsignificanceandengineeringapplicationvaluetothestudyofthecharacteristicperiodofseismicdesignresponsespectrumofultrahighvoltage(UHV)electricalequipment.Inthispaper,1448horizontalearthquakerecordswithintheworldscopeincludingtheUnitedStatesandJapanforSiteClassⅢwereanalyzed.Resultsshowthatbothmagnitudeandepicentraldistancehavegreatinfluenceonthecharacteristicperiod.About80%ofcharacteristicperiodsofstrongearthquakerecordsareabout0.9s.Statisticalanalysiswasconductedontheseismichazardassessmentresultsof312projectsofChinainrecentyears,anditisfoundthatabout70%ofcharacteristicperiodsareabout0.9s.Combinedwiththerelatedcodecomparisonandanalysis,itissuggestedthatthecharacteristicperiodoftheseismicdesignresponsespectrumofUHVelectricalequipmentshouldselect0.9sinordertoeffectivelyguaranteetheseismicsafetyofUHVelectricalequipment.

  • 简介:常规差错分析方法基于对称的部件假定未调换的传播线的三阶段的参数在差错的情况下是对称的。方法与对称的分布式的参数电路引起的误差作为未调换的极端高电压(UHV)的相等的电路当模特儿传动线在正常操作和差错下面被学习,并且产生的相应问题被指出。由对比与电磁短暂并且有不均匀的分布式的参数电路的力量电子学(EMTPE)模拟结果未调换的线当模特儿,常规方法不能显示出存在,这被显示出否定并且零在差错发生前定序,在差错发生以后电压和电流上有许多错误哪个与差错类型是不同的。电压和电流的错误范围是2.13%81.13%并且−7.82%−86.15%分别地。

  • 简介:Anultrahighvacuumchemicalvapordeposition(UHV/CVD)systemisintroduced.SiGealloysandSiGe/Simultiplequantumwells(MQWs)havebeengrownbycold-wallUHV/CVDusingdisilane(Si2H6)andgermane(GeH4)asthereactantgasesonSi(100)substrates.ThegrowthrateandGecontentsinSiGealloysarestudiedatdifferenttemperatureanddifferentgasflow.ThegrowthrateofSiGealloyisdecreasedwiththeincreaseofGeH4flowathightemperature.X-raydiffractionmeasurementshowsthatSiGe/SiMQWshavegoodcrystallinity,sharpinterfaceanduniformity.Nodislocationisfoundintheobservationoftransmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM)ofSiGe/SiMQWs.TheaveragedeviationofthethicknessandthefractionofGeinsingleSiGealloysampleare3.31%and2.01%,respectively.

  • 简介:摘要:相比较于一般高压电力线路而言,UHV输电线路的运行特点有着明显的不同之处,再加上UHV输电线路对中波导航台无线电信号也有一定的干扰,因此有必要建立UHV输电线路模型,尽量降低干扰对UHV输电线路的正常运行带来的影响。UHV输电线路的优势有三点:输电能力高、能够满足远距离大功率输电功需求以及电力系统之间的互联。在研究UHV输电线路的运行状态中,能够为UHV输电线路的设计、运行、维修提供理论依据,而正式开展实践研究之前,有必要通过UHV输电线路的建立,并对其仿真及结果的分析,确保研究的顺利完成。本文主要从电磁学计算方法入手,对UHV输电线路模型的建立加以讨论,最后注重对于仿真结果展开分析。以下为详细内容。

  • 简介:本文分别在交流、直流和交直流叠加电场下建立了变压器油击穿电压的测试平台,在极不均匀电场下,对UHV换流变压器4种在用变压器油的击穿特性进行了对比研究。结果表明,在极不均匀直流电场和交直流叠加电场下,变压器油的击穿电压与其C_A值有一定的相关性,变压器油C_A值越高,正、负极性击穿电压越低;在极不均匀交流电场下,4种变压器油的击穿电压和击穿场强相近,说明油品的击穿特性与其C_A值没有相关性。

  • 简介:UsingdoublecrystalX-raysdiffraction(DCXRD)andatomicforcemicroscopy(AFM),theresultsofGexSi1-xgrownUHV/CVDfromSi2H6andSiH4areanalyzedandcompared.Adsorbatescanmigratetotheenergy-favoringpositionduetotheslowgrowthratefromSiH4.Inthiscase,aSibufferthatisolatestheeffectofsubstrateonepilayercouldnotbegrown,whichresultsinapitpenetratingintoepilayerandbuffer.TheFWHMis0.055°inDCXRDfromSiH4.Thepresenceofdiffractionfringesisanindicationofanexcellentcrystallinequality,TheroughnessofthesurfaceisimprovedifgrownbySi2H6:however,thecrystalqualityoftheGex2Si1-xmaterialbecameworsethanthatfromSiH4duetomuchlargergrowthratefromSi2H6.ThecontentofGeisobtainedfromDCXRD,whichindicatesthegrowthratefromSi2H6islargest,thenGeH4andthatfromSiH4isleast.
