简介:QT间期代表心室肌除极与复极过程的心电位变化,是心肌电生理、心脏几何学、躯体学、组织阻抗和生物信息各方面相互联系的综合反应。该值在各个导联上存有差异。1985年Campbell等发现这些差异的规律性,并提出了QT离散度(QTdispersion,QTd)这个概念。1990年Day等进一步证实了QTd这个概念,认为它代表了心室肌区域性复极化不均一性和电不稳定性,且具有重要的临床价值。近年来,随着QTd在临床各领域的广泛研究,其临床价值备受人们的关注。通常正常人生理性心室肌复极不一致所造成的QTd很小,而在病理状态下,QTd就会明显增大。本文现就其临床应用综述如下。
