简介：水系是上海的稀缺资源，水系景观也就是稀缺性景观。水系周边用地在城市发展中具有相对优质性，往往是区域发展的重点和先行启动区，目前相应的用地规划侧重于指标与容量的控制，在景观方面没有专题性的研究。另一方面，水系周边地块的开发主体即便有愿望对河道景观进行建设和改善，也因为没有专项的规划作为依据而导致缺乏统筹安排。针对这些已经凸现和部分潜在的问题，DA受杨浦区规划与河道主管部门的邀请。对水系景观专项规划进行研究。

简介：2006年4月25日-26日，备受业界关注的“第二届亚洲人居环境国际峰会”在日本福冈隆重召开，此次峰会由亚洲人居环境协会发起，联合国人居署驻亚太区办事处，日本福冈市政府，中国房地产及住宅研究会人居环境委员会联合主办，来自中国大陆、日本、韩国、印度、新加坡、中国香港等10多个亚洲国家和地区的200多名代表会聚福冈，针对快速城市化进程中亚洲各国普遍关注的人居环境问题进行了深入地探讨与交流，积极探寻亚洲人居绿色发展之路。
