简介: [ 摘要 ] 目的 探讨记忆合金肋骨环抱器治疗多发性肋骨骨折的临床效果。方法 选取 2016 年 2 月~ 2019 年 2 月我院骨科收治的 102 例多发性肋骨骨折患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各 51 例。对照组患者采用常规保守治疗,观察组患者采用记忆合金肋骨环抱器治疗,比较两组患者的骨折恢复效果、各项恢复指标、并發症总发生率、疼痛及肺功能情况。结果 观察组患者的治疗优良率为 96.08% ,高于对照组的 80.39% ,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05 ) ; 观察组患者的呼吸频率恢复时间、动脉血氧饱和度( SaO2 )恢复时间、胸痛缓解时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05 ) ; 观察组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05 ) ; 观察组患者治疗后的视觉模拟量表( VAS )评分低于对照组,每分钟最大通气量百分比( MVV% )高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05 )。结论 记忆合金肋骨环抱器治疗多发性肋骨骨折的临床效果显著,能够有效缩短胸痛持续时间,加快呼吸功能的恢复,促进骨折的早期愈合,降低并发症发生率,具有积极的临床意义。 [ 关键词 ] 多发性肋骨骨折 ; 记忆合金肋骨环抱器 ; 临床效果 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of memory alloy rib encircling device in the treatment of multiple rib fractures. Methods From February 2016 to February 2019 , 102 patients with multiple rib fractures treated in orthopaedic department of our hospital were selected as the subjects , and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method , with 51 cases in each group. The control group used conventional conservative treatment , and the observation group given memory alloy frame around treatment. The recovery effect of fracture , the recovery index , total incidence of complications , pain and pulmonary function were compared between the two groups. Results The rate of excellent and good treatment was 96.08% , higher than 80.39% in the control group , and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) . The recovery time of respiratory rate , arterial oxygen saturation ( SaO2 ) recovery time , chest pain relief time , hospitalization time and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group , and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) . The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group , and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) . After treatment , the visual analogue scale ( VAS ) score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group , and the percentage of maximum ventilation per minute ( MVV% ) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group , the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) . Conclusion The memory alloy rib enclasp has significant clinical effect in the treatment of multiple rib fractures , which can effectively shorten the duration of chest pain , accelerate the recovery of respiratory function , promote the early healing of fractures and reduce the incidence of complications , and has positive clinical significance.
简介:摘 要:基于二维图像重建三维图像,是目前计算机视觉的热点研究方向。传统的多视图三维重建因需要相机定标等额外操作,相比基于单幅二维图像的三维重构在实时便捷性上并不具备明显优势。随着对三维重构算法的实时和健壮性要求的提升,深度学习在三维重建上的研究和应用越来越深入,出现了很多成熟及实用的算法。本文提出了一种深度学习模型和基于对抗抵制相结合的方法,能够实现较为自然的三维图像,在三维重构和形状补全上更加贴近真实感知。

简介:摘要:巴氏合金作为传统的轴瓦材料,其具有良好的顺应性、耐蚀性和耐磨性。但是,由于巴氏合金质地相对较软,需要与强度较高的基材进行复合,才能够作为轴承衬套使用在工业制造中。传统的巴氏合金轴瓦制备方式多为离心浇铸,此类巴氏合金轴瓦偏析严重,组织粗大,结合强度低且极易发生脱落。各种缺陷如气孔、疏松等也经常出现在离心浇铸的巴氏合金轴瓦产品中。铝合金材料由于其自身质量小,且耐蚀性能优良,在加工时成形性能好,同时某些铝合金的导电导热性也比较好,因此被广泛应用在航空航天以及各类动力交通领域中。文中选用铝合金材料为基材,利用 MIG焊工艺,在铝合金表面堆焊巴氏合金层,系统地研究在其他焊接工艺参数(如焊接电流、电弧电压等)不变的情况下,焊接速度对结合界面的显微组织、力学性能等问题的影响。
