简介:摘 要:航空发动机是飞机的心脏,其可靠性和寿命至关重要。本文以典型辅助动力装置首翻期延长工作为例,分析了延寿工作的总体思路、关重件寿命研究的特点和方法,提出了厂内试车、返厂检查、外场领先使用的整机延寿试验方案。同时提出了新工艺、新技术以及针对性分析和试验的改进方案,切实地开展研究和攻关工作,延长辅助动力装置使用寿命。此外,结合我国航空发动机寿命研究工作的现况与特点,提出我国发动机寿命研究工作的发展方向,为后续发动机整机寿命研究工作提供借鉴。
