简介:X-rayphotoelectronspectroscopyandRamanspectroscopywereusedtodeterminethechemicalchangeofpolyphenylsilsesquioxane(PPSQ)duringpyrolysisinflowingnitrogen.TwotemperaturerangeswerefoundforpyrolysedPPSQbelowandabove600℃,respectively.TheformerisrelatedtotherearrangementofPPSQbackboneandthelatterreflectsthatmostofbackbonestructureofPPSQmightbebrokendownandunorganized.CarbonformedincarbonizationofPPSQsamplepyrolysedat900℃shouldbesp3bondedcarbonwithcrystallitesizeeffectsordefects.
简介:Thephotophysicalpropertiesofaseriesofsulfonatedmicromolecule(paratoluenesulfonicacid,HPTS)andmacromolecules(linearandcrosslinkedpolystyrene)havebeenstudiedbysteady-statefluorescencespectra.Theresultsindicatethatthegroundsulfonatedringassociationscanforminboththemicromoleculesandthemacromolecules.Thefluorescencespectraofthesulfonatedcrosslinkedcopolymersappearared-shiftwhenthecopolymerschangefromhydrogen-typetosodium-type,andsomenewemissionbandsappearinthelong-wavelengthregion.Theseresultsareexplainedintermsofsynergeticeffectofhydrogenbond,π-πinteractionandcrosslinkingeffect.
