简介：本文应用STR复合扩增技术扩增,调查了261份山东汉族人群D6S1043、D12S391基因座的分布,获得相关遗传学数据,报道如下。1材料和方法261份无关个体血样,系本实验室日常办案积累。所有血样均采用chelex-100法提取DNA。按Sinofiler（AB公司,美国）试剂盒说明书进行复合扩增,反应体系为10μL,其中混合液4μL,引物2.2μL,金标Taq酶0.2μL,模板DNA适量,加去离子水至l0μL，置于9700扩增仪中扩增。
