简介:Thisarticlesummarizestheachievementsoftheauthors'groupintheareaofbiocatalyst-catalyzedorganicreactionsinrecent10years.AstrainofGeotrichumsp.obtainedbyscreeninuiscapableofstereoselectlvelyreducinganumberofcarbonylcompounds.Inmanycases,thestermghemistryiscomplementarywiththatobtainedbybaker'syeast.Therefore,thismicroorganismprovidesausefulpathwaytothepreparationofalcoholeompoundswithspecificconfigurations.Ontheotherhand,anmmberofplantsoureeshavebeenscreenedforoxynitrilasesandthehydrocyanationreactionsofvariousarylcarboxalde-hydeshavebeeninvestigated.A'micro-aqueousreactionsystem'wasinvented,bywhichaserlesofnovelopticallyactivecyanohydrinswereprepared.Onthishasis,ahighthrough-putcomtimasousreactionsystemhasbeendesigned.Thispaperalsodeseribesexamplesofthesynthesesofbio-activecompoundsbyusingtheoptieallyactivecompoundsobtainedfromtheabovementionedcatalyticreactionsasprecursors.
