简介:建立了商业化种植的NeWLeaf-YTM转基因马铃薯的筛选检测和鉴定的PCR方法.该方法根据马铃薯自身patatin基因作为内源特异参照基因扩增216bp片段,检查模板DNA提取的质量,避免了假阴性结果;同时扩增FMV35S启动子基因225bp片段和PVY-cp基因161bp片段.PCR反应循环参数是94℃2min;94℃40s,55℃60s,72℃60s,35次循环;之后72℃延伸5min.本实验中的F-primer(PVY01-5′)/R-primer(PVY01-3′)引物是针对商业化种植的NewLeaf-YTM转基因马铃薯PVY-cp抗病毒基因而设计的,具有很强的特异性,可以达到对NeWLeaf-YTM转基因马铃薯鉴定的目的.

简介:Basedonauditoryperipheralsimulationmodel,anewSoundQualityObjectiveEvaluation(SQOE)methodispresented,whichcanbeusedtomodelandanalyzetheimpactsofhead,shoulderandotherpartsofhumanbodyonsoundwavetrans-mission.Thismethodemploystheartificialheadtechnique,inwhichtheheadrelatedtransferfunctionwastakenintoaccounttotheouterearsimulationphase.First,abionicartificialheadwasdesignedastheouterearmodelwithconsideringtheoutersoundfieldinviewoftheoryandphysicalexplanations.Thentheauditoryperipheralsimulationmodelwasbuilt,whichmimicsthephysiologicalfunctionsofthehumanhearing,simulatingtheacousticsignaltransferprocessandconversionmechanismsfromthefreefieldtotheperipheralauditorysystem.Finally,performancecomparisonwasmadebetweentheproposedSQOEmethodandArtemiSsoftware,andtheverificationsofsubjectiveandobjectiverelatedanalysisweremade.Resultsshowthattheproposedmethodwaseconomical,simple,andwithgoodevaluationquality.

简介:TheproblemofflappingmotioncontrolofMicroAirVehicles(MAVs)withflappingwingswasstudiedinthispaper.Basedupontheknowledgeofskeletalandmuscularcomponentsofhummingbird,adynamicmodelforflappingwingwasdeveloped.AcontrolschemeinspiredbyhumanmemoryandlearningconceptwasconstructedforwingmotioncontrolofMAVs.Thesalientfeatureoftheproposedcontrolliesinitscapabilitiestoimprovethecontrolperformancebylearningfromexperienceandobservationonitscurrentandpastbehaviors,withouttheneedforsystemdynamicinformation.Furthermore,theoverallcontrolschemehasafairlysimplestructureanddemandslittleonlinecomputations,makingitattractiveforreal-timeimplementationonMAVs.Boththeoreticalanalysisandcomputersimulationconfirmsitseffectiveness.
简介:Fourdifferentstructuralmodelsofartificialjointsweredevelopedandthefiniteelementmethod(FEM)wasemployedtoinvestigatetheirmechanicalcharacteristicsunderstaticanddynamicconditions.ThematerialsusedintheFEMcalculationwereultra-highmolecularweightpolyethylene(UHMWPE),316Lstainlesssteel,CoCrMoalloyandTi6Al4Valloy.Thestressdistribution,strain,andelasticdeformationunderstaticanddynamicconditionswereobtained.Analysisandcomparisonofthecalculationresultsofdifferentmodelswereconducted.Itisshownthatwiththesameparametersthemodelofametallicfemurheadcoveredwithanartificialcartilagelayerismoresimilartothestructureofthenaturalhumanjointanditsmechanicalcharacteristicsarethebestofthefourmodels.
简介:目的:探究胃炎康方5号联合西医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选取在我院接受治疗的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者94例,分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者采用常规的胃三联治疗方法,实验组患者在对照组患者的治疗方法之上再加上胃炎康方5号治疗,观察分析和对比两组患者的治疗效果以及Hp根除率(幽门螺旋杆菌根除率)。结果:对照组患者治疗的总有效率为46.81%,Hp根除率为82.98%,实验组患者治疗的总有效率为80.85%,根除率为93.62%,两组结果相比较,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃炎康方5号联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。
