简介：　　【摘要】 目的：探讨乳腺癌术后目标性心理护理的临床效果。方法：随机选取 2018年 1月 -2020年 1月确诊为乳腺癌并进行手术的患者共计 28例，将其分为观察组和对照组，对照组采取常规术后心理护理方式对患者进行护理，观察组采用目标性心理护理对患者进行术后护理。对两组患者的术后心理护理效果进行观察记录，将两组患者的情绪状况如焦虑、抑郁、人际关系等情况进行观察对比。结果：经过对两组患者的各方面考察比较情况来看，观察组患者的评估总分为（ 12.6±0.8）分，对照组患者的评估总分为（ 23.5±0.2）分，观察组护理效果均优于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：对于乳腺癌手术后的患者采用目标性心理护理方式进行护理有着良好的临床效果，能够帮助患者早日摆脱疾病的阴影，尽早恢复健康。  　　【关键词】 乳腺癌； 目标性心理护理； 效果  [Abstract] Objective: To explore the clinical effect of objective psychological nursing after breast cancer operation. Methods: a total of 28 patients with breast cancer diagnosed and operated from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly selected and divided into the observation group and the control group. The patients in the control group received routine postoperative psychological care while the patients in the observation group received targeted psychological care. The psychological nursing effect of the two groups was observed and recorded, and the emotional state of the two groups, such as anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship, was observed and compared. Results: according to the comparison of the two groups, the total score of the observation group was (12.6 ± 0.8), and the total score of the control group was (23.5 ± 0.2). The nursing effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: it has a good clinical effect for patients after breast cancer surgery to adopt the targeted psychological nursing, which can help patients get rid of the shadow of disease as soon as possible and recover health as soon as possible.
