Thecoilingtemperatureofthehotstriprollingprocessplaysanimportantroleinstripqualitycontrol.Thenewly-builtlaminarflowcoolingcontrolsystemwasindependentlydevelopedbyBaosteel.L2conductstotallydynamiccontrol(L1onlyexecutestheresultfromL2,anddoesnotconductanydynamiccontrol).Thesystemhasmanyadvantages,suchasquickreal-timecontrol,accuratemodelcalculation,quickresponseafterself-adaptation,etc.Comparedwiththe2050mmhotstriprollingline,thenewsystemcansatisfythestrictcoolingrequirementsofhighstrengthsteel,siliconsteelandheavyplatesbecauseofitsnewly-developedtechnologiesofcoolingratecontrol,stripcoolingbysectionsandproportion-integral-differentialcoefficient(PID)feedbackfuzzycontrol.
