摘 要:炉柱是焦炉护炉铁件的一种,其作用是对炉体施加一定的压力,保护焦炉砌体。炉柱上、下部设有横拉条,横拉条端部一般装有弹簧,借调节弹簧的负荷来稳定炉柱曲度和炉柱对炉体的压力,以保持砌体的完整和严密。炉柱还有支撑机、焦侧操作台、集气管、吸气管桥架和装煤车、拦焦车的滑触线等作用。

ABSTRACT AND BACKDROP: Furnace pillar is one of the iron parts for coke oven protection. Its function is to exert certain pressure on the furnace body and protect the coke oven masonry. The upper and lower parts of the furnace pillar are equipped with transverse stretching bars, and the end of the transverse stretching bars is generally equipped with springs. By adjusting the load of the springs, the curvature of the furnace pillar and the pressure of the furnace pillar on the furnace body are stabilized, so as to maintain the integrity and tightness of the masonry. The furnace pillar also has the functions of supporting machine, coke side operating platform, gas collector, suction pipe bridge, coal loading vehicle and sliding contact line of coke arresting vehicle.

炉柱属于两端弹性支撑的多种负载并受弯曲的构件。因此在炼焦工艺机械设计中,设计不同焦炉炉型时,炉柱强度的核算是必要的。

  1. 焦炉炉柱基本尺寸:

1#炉柱L=13.086m;

2#炉柱L=11.811m;

3#炉柱L=13.863m;

4#炉柱L=12.27m;

  1. 炉柱的强度核算

设炉柱均布水平载荷为1.5吨/米,验算炉柱的弯曲度和最大弯曲应力。当弯曲度不超过25mm,最大弯曲应力不超过钢材最大允许弯曲应力1150kg/cm2时,表示所设计的炉柱强度能满足要求。

2.1计算炉柱中部的弯曲力矩:

M=ql2/8=1.5×13.0862/8=32.108t/m

M—炉柱最大弯曲力矩,t/m;

q—炉柱均布水平载荷,t/m;

l—炉柱全长(选1#炉柱具有代表性,因为1#炉柱支撑集气管),m;

2.2炉柱的横截面的形心坐标YC和惯性矩JX

2.2.1惯性矩JX

JX={B×b2/12+B×b×E2+A(H/2-b)3/12+A(H/2-b)×E2}=127038.63cm4

2.2.2炉柱的横截面的形心坐标YC

F1=3.5×28=98cm2

F2=2.5×45=112.5cm2

Y1=24.5cm;

Y2=26cm;

YC=(2×F1×Y1+F2×Y2)/(F1+F2)=36.71cm

2.3炉柱外半部的抗弯断面系数

W=JX/YC=3460.600109cm3

2.4炉柱最大弯曲应力:

δmax=105M/W=32×105/3460.6=924.69(kg/cm2 ) 取925(kg/cm2 )

δmax—炉柱最大弯曲应力,kg/cm2

M—炉柱最大弯曲力矩,t/m;

W—炉柱外部的抗弯,t/m;

  1. 炉柱核算结论

根据上面计算结果表明,炉柱在均布水平载荷1.5t/m的情况下,最大弯曲应力为925kg/cm2 ,小于钢材的允许弯曲应力1150kg/cm2 ;炉柱强度、横截面尺寸都满足要求。
