Traditionally,thedecisiontreemethodisdefinedandusedforfindingtheoptimalsolutionofaBayesiandecisionproblem.Anditisdifficulttousethedecisiontreemethodtofindthesub-optimalsolution,nottomentiontorankalternatives.Thispaperdiscusseshowtousethedecisiontreemethodforthealternativeselectingandranking.Apracticalcasestudyisgiventoillustratetheapplicability.
