Construction of solitonary and periodic solutions to some nonlinear equations using EXP-function method

ThispaperappliestheEXP-functionmethodtofindexactsolutionsofvariousnonlinearequations.Tzitzeica-Dodd-Bullough(TDB)equationwasselectedtoillustratetheeffectivenessandconvenienceofthesuggestedmethod.Moregeneralizedsolitonarysolutionswithfreeparameterswereobtainedbysuitablechoiceofthefreeparameters,andalsotheobtainedsolitonarysolutionscanbeconvertedintoperiodicsolutions.
