ObjectiveObservetheappearanceandthedensityofnuelespulposus(NP)oflumbarprolapsedintervertebraldisc(LPID)haschangedtodefinitedirectionpenetrateskintreatment(DDPT)ofchineseherbalmedicine,theunioninquiriesintoitspossiblemechanism.Methods126casesofLPIDtreatmentfront,havetheCTortheMRIthatsamelevelcontrasttheconditionbehind,distinguishcontrastchangesoftheappearanceanddensitywiththeswellingtype,thelumbardischerniationtypeandthetakeofftype.ResultsTheappearanceanddensityofNPisbasictohavenothevarietyoftheswellingtypeandthelumbardischerniationtypewith39.85%;buttheappearanceanddensityofNPshowsthechangesofthetakeofftypeandthelumbardischerniationtypewith60.15%;theappearanceofNPaveragecontracts76.34%;thedensityaverageturnsdown21.26%.CondusionDDPThastoshowthedissolvesfunctiontoNPafterthefiberwreathandtheligamentsoftakeofftype.
