Objective:TostudytheexpressionofFasandBcl-2proteinsonTlymphocytesubsetsintheperipheralbloodofrelapsingpatientswithcondylomaacuminatum(CA)andhealthycontrols.Methods:Flowcytometry(permeabizationandstainingprocedurewithconjugatedantibodies)wasused.Results:WeobservedthattheexpressionofFasproteinonCD4^+TlymphocytesubsetofCApatientswassignificantlyhigherthanthatofhealthycontrols(P<0.01).Conclusions:IncreasedexpressionofFasproteinonCD4^+Tlymphocytesubsetmaybeacauseofde-creasedpercentageofCD4^+Tlymphocytesubset.ThisinducestheincreasedratioofCD4^+/CD8^+.
