Thispaperconsidersthetwo-parttarifflicensingbyaninnovatingfirmtoitspotentialcompetitorinadifferentiatedmixedduopoly,inwhichonefirmsetsaquantityandtheotherfirmchargesaprice.Basedonthedevelopmentcostincurredbytherival,wederivetheoptimalbehaviorofthefirmsunderfullinformationcaseandpartialinformationcaserespectively.Informationdifferenceontheequilibriumstrategiesisalsoinvestigated.
