Research on semi-active control method of a building structure based on non-smooth control

Thisstudyinvestigatestheeffectivenessofthenon-smoothsemi-activecontrolalgorithmonsuppressingthevibrationperformanceofabuildingstructuresubjectedtoseismicwaves.AccordingtotheLyapunovstabilitytheory,ithasbeneproventhatthenon-smoothsemi-activecontrolalgorithmcanachieveafinite-timestabilityofthevibrationrelativetotheisolationlayerofabuildingstructure.Throughnumericalsimulationoftwobuildingswithdifferentparameterssubjectedtotheinputofaseismicwave,thevibrationconditionsofpassivecontrol,LQRsemi-activecontrolandnon-smoothsemiactivecontrolarecomparedandanalyzed.Thesimulationresultsshowthatthenon-smoothsemi-activecontrolalgorithmhasabetterrobustnessandeffectivenessinrestrainingtheimpactofearthquakesonthestructure.
