A new simulation model and its application in CO2 short-circuiting transfer welding

AnewsimulationmodelofCO2short-circuitingtransferweldingmaybeemployedtodevelopanewpatternofweldingmachineandtopredictweldingprocessparameterstoobtaintheoptimumweldingtechnologyproperties.Inthispaper,anewsimulatingmodelisdevelopedaccordingtotheAWP(adaptingweldingphysicsprocess)waveformcontrolmethod.Goodagreementisshownbetweenthepredictedandexperimentallydeterminedresults.ThemodelwillmakeanimportantpromotioninthedevelopmentofCO2arcweldingtechnique.
