CurrentlytheservicelifeofCDQshaftsinChinaismainlyrestrictedbythepropertiesoftheinclinedfluebricks.Inthiswork,basedonthesystematicanalysisofthedamagemechanismofinclinedfluerefractories,highperformancemullite-SiCbricksweredeveloped.Thebrickswereproducedbycorundum,andalusite,SiCandotherhighpurityrawmaterials.Metalsiliconandaluminaultramicropowderwereaddedtoformdispersionmulti-phasestructure,fortifyingthematrixandimprovingthemicrostructure.Theproductshaveexcellentpropertiessuchaslowporosity,highdensity,goodwearresistance,highrefractorinessunderload,andgoodthermalshockresistance.Theproductscanreplacetheordinarymullite-SiCbricksandobtainagoodservicelife.
