Analgesic effects and structural elucidation of two new flavone C-glycosides from Artemisa sacrorum

ThepresentstudywasdesignedtoisolateandcharacterizetheanalgesiccompoundsofArtemisasacrorumLedeb.TheEtOAccrudeextractsfromtheaerialpartsofArtemisasacrorumLedebwereseparatedbychromatographyandthestructuresofnewcompoundswereelucidatedbasedonspectralanalyses.Analgesicactivitiesoftheisolatedcompoundswereassessedinratswithhotplatetestandpawpressureassay.TwonewflavoneC-glycosides,namedasSacrorosideAandB(Compounds1and2)wereisolatedfromtheEtOAccrudeextractoftheaerialpartsofArtemisasacrorumLedeb.Theyshowedsignificantanalgesiceffects.Inconclusion,Compounds1and2arenewnaturalproducts,whichshowsignificantanalgesiceffectsinadose-dependentmanner.
