15%Ag-addedcubicperovskitesSr0.9La0.1TiO3andRuddlesden-Popper(RP)phasesSr2.7La0.3Ti2O7werefabricatedviahydrothermalsynthesis,coldpressingandhigh-temperaturesintering.Thestructureandthermoelectricpropertieswerealsoinvestigatedforallsamples.TheresultsindicatedthatAgprecipitatedasasecondphase.AgadditionmadeelectricalconductivityandabsoluteSeebeckcoefficientenhanced,asaresult,theZTvalueswereenhancedbothfortwoseries.Comparedwithcubicperovskite,RPphasewassubjectedtosmallerimpactbyAgaddition.ThereasonsforenhancingZTvalueandthedifferentimpactfortwoseriesbyAgadditionwerealsodiscussed.
