Study on the thermal protection performance of superalloy honeycomb panels in high-speed thermal shock environments

Thethermalprotectionperformanceofsuperalloyhoneycombstructureinhigh-temperatureenvironmentsareimportantforthermalprotectiondesignofhigh-speedaircrafts.Byusingaself-developedtransientaerodynamicthermalsimulationsystem,thethermalprotectionperformanceofsuperalloyhoneycombpanelwastestedinthispaperatdifferenttransientheatingratesrangingfrom5℃/sto30℃/s,withthemaximuminstantaneoustemperaturereaching950℃.Furthermore,thethermalprotectionperformanceofsuperalloyhoneycombstructureundersimulatedthermalenvironmentswascomputedfordifferenthighheatingratesbyusing3Dfiniteelementmethod,andacomparisonbetweencalculationalandexperimentalresultswascarriedout.Theresultsofthisresearchprovideanimportantreferenceforthedesignofthermalprotectionsystemscomprisingsuperalloyhoneycombpanel.
