Basedonthestakeholdersmanagementtheory,thispaperprovidesanewstrategicmanagementmethodfortheNationalSustainableDevelopmentStrategy.BytakingChina'sNationalSustainableDevelopmentStrategyManagementasanexample,thispaperidentifiesallthestakeholdersinvolvedandthenassessesstakeholdersfromtwodimensions,namely'Importance'and'Attitude',bywhichallofthestakeholdersarepidedintosixcategories.Onthisbasis,furtheranalysisismadetoworkoutstrategicmanagementprogrammebyschedulingthestrategicemphases,stepsandmanagementcountermeasuresfordifferenttypesofstakeholderssoastoprovidetheorticalevidenceforthepracticeofNationalSustainableDevelopnentStrategymanagement.
