Basedonthegeneralsolutionofthree-dimensionalproblemsinpiezoelectricmedium,withthemethodofGreen’sfunctins,axisymmetricboundary-valueproblemsarediscussed.Thepurposeofthisresearchisforanalyzingtheeffectiveonmechanicsandelectricityofthepiezoelectricceramicscausedbyvoidsandinclusions.Thedisplacement,tractionandelectricGreen’sfunctionscorrespondingtocircularringloadsactingintheinteriorofapiezoelectricceramicareobtained.AcylindricalcoordinatesystemisemployedandHankeltransformareappliedwithrespecttoradialcoor-dinates.ExplicitsolutionsforGreen’sfunctionsarepresentedintermsofinfiniteintegralsofLipshitz-Hankeltype.Bysolvingatractionboundary-valueproblem,thesolutionschemeisillustrated.
