摘要 Polysocoharibe-peptideofCoriolusVersicolor(PSP)isanewanti-cancerimmunomodulativedrug.Thepresentpaperreportsontheexperimentalresearchdonewiththisdrug.ItwasfoundthatPSPhadtheabilitytorecoverhemolysinHC50,toincreasetheweightofthethymus,andincreasethealexinofserumC3andtheIgGcontentoftumorbearingmice.FSPalsosignificantlyraisedthepha-gocyticactivityofmacrophagesinnormalmice.PSPhadasignificantinhibitoryeffectonP38SandS180cells.Attheconcentrationof1mg/ml,PSPinhibitedtheproliferatingactivityofsomehumantumorcalllines,suchasSGC7901,SPC,SLYandMei.IthadadirecttoxiceffectonSPCcells.PSPsignificantlyinhibitedthesynthesisofnucleicacidsofEhrlichascitescarcinomacells.Inaddition,PSPwasantagonistictothesideeffectsofchemotherapyandradiotherapy.
