摘要
摘 要：目的 :浅谈产妇生产前后助产士一对一全程陪伴分娩人性化护理的效果并对其结果进行分析。方法 :选择我院在 2019年 1月到 2019年 12月共收治产妇 80例作为研究对象。将医院的 80例身体、精神状况大体相似的 80名产妇，按照产妇意愿分为两组。第一组为观察组，该组的 40名产妇倾向于相信常规护理。第二组为实验组，对该组的 40名产妇倾向于一对一护理。结果 -实验组的 40名产妇，在顺产例数、护理过程的体验中，实验组获得较高的反响。差异具有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论助产士一对一全程陪伴分娩人性化护理模式在众多护理模式中取得良好反响，在产科中应用将取得良好效果。建议推广。

Abstract: Objective: to discuss the effect of one-on-one humanistic nursing of parturient before and after childbirth. Methods: from January 2019 to December 2019, 80 cases of parturients were selected as the study object. 80 parturients with similar physical and mental conditions were divided into two groups according to their wishes. The first group was the observation group, in which 40 mothers tended to believe in routine care. The second group is the experimental group, and 40 parturients in this group tend to care one-on-one. Results - 40 parturients in the experimental group had a high response in the number of cases of spontaneous delivery and the experience of nursing process. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion the humanistic nursing mode of one-on-one delivery with midwives has a good response in many nursing modes, and will achieve good results in obstetrics. It is suggested to promote.
