摘要
【摘 要】目的：观察助产士对产妇进行一对一全程陪伴分娩护理的效果。方法：选择 2018 年 5 月至 2019 年 5 月在我院分娩的 94 例产妇为观察资料，将其随机分为两组，每组 47 例产妇，采用常规护理措施的产妇为对照组，采用助产士一对一全程陪伴分娩护理的产妇为观察组。结果：观察组产妇的自然分娩率、总产程时间、产后并发症等情况均优于对照组。结论：对产妇实施一对一全程陪伴分娩护理，能够提高产妇自然分娩率，缩短产程时间，改善母婴结局，临床应用效果较好，值得应用。

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the effect of midwife's one-on-one nursing care for parturients. Methods: 94 parturients who gave birth in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as observation data, and they were randomly divided into two groups, 47 parturients in each group, the parturients who received routine nursing measures as control group, and the parturients who received one-to-one whole-course accompanied delivery nursing by midwives as observation group. Results: The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of natural delivery rate, total duration of labor and postpartum complications. Conclusion: Carrying out one-to-one whole-course accompanied delivery nursing for parturients can improve the natural delivery rate of parturients, shorten the duration of labor and improve the outcome of mother and infant. The clinical application effect is good and is worthy of application.
