摘要
[摘要 ] 目的 探讨分析胰岛素泵治疗甲亢合并 2型糖尿病患者中的护理效果。 方法 选取 2017年 1月— 2018年 10月该院对通过胰岛素泵治疗的 69例甲亢合并 2型糖尿病患者进行全面系统护理。结果 在使用胰岛素泵治疗后疗效显著，血糖控制良好，胰岛素用量及糖尿病酮症酸中毒等并发症明显减少，在治疗期间 69例患者未发生严重的低血糖反应及甲亢危象。结论 全方位的优质护理对提高胰岛素泵治疗甲亢合并 2型糖尿病患者的疗效具有显著作用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the nursing effect of insulin pump in the treatment of hyperthyroidism combined with type 2 diabetes. Methods from January 2017 to October 2018, 69 patients with hyperthyroidism and type 2 diabetes who were treated by insulin pump were selected for comprehensive and systematic nursing. Results after the treatment with insulin pump, the curative effect was significant, the blood glucose was well controlled, the dosage of insulin and diabetic ketoacidosis and other complications were significantly reduced. During the treatment, 69 patients did not have serious hypoglycemia reaction and hyperthyroidism crisis. Conclusion comprehensive and high quality nursing can improve the therapeutic effect of insulin pump on hyperthyroidism combined with type 2 diabetes.
