摘要
[摘要 ] 目的 探讨分析胰岛素泵治疗甲亢合并 2型糖尿病患者中的护理效果。 方法 选取 2017年 1月— 2018年 10月该院对通过胰岛素泵治疗的 69例甲亢合并 2型糖尿病患者进行全面系统护理。结果 在使用胰岛素泵治疗后疗效显著，血糖控制良好，胰岛素用量及糖尿病酮症酸中毒等并发症明显减少，在治疗期间 69例患者未发生严重的低血糖反应及甲亢危象。结论 全方位的优质护理对提高胰岛素泵治疗甲亢合并 2型糖尿病患者的疗效具有显著作用。

[abstract] Objective To explore and analyze the nursing effect of insulin pump in the treatment of hyperthyroidism with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods From January 2017 to October 2018, 69 patients with hyperthyroidism and type 2 diabetes mellitus treated by insulin pump were given comprehensive and systematic nursing. Results After treatment with insulin pump, the curative effect was remarkable, the blood sugar was well controlled, the complications such as insulin dosage and diabetic ketoacidosis were significantly reduced, and 69 patients had no severe hypoglycemic reaction and hyperthyroidism crisis during the treatment period. Conclusion All-round quality nursing has significant effect on improving the curative effect of insulin pump in treating hyperthyroidism with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
